Follow-up appointments should be made in a timely fashion, not necessarily the first setup appointment. The follow-up appointment, I couldn't even get one right away. So you're talking a month or two out, which is ridiculous. My tooth is or my crown is cracked. I need a new one. So there you have it. Thanks. Bye.

Dr. Pelton and her assistant did an excellent job; they were always attentive to me.

There was a problem with my permanent crown and it had to be sent back to the lab for repairs before it was put in. Things happen, I get it. It's just very difficult for me to adjust my work schedule to fit an appointment and they weren't able to give me a date to return for the crown. The staff is very professional and outgoing which is very appreciated.

Great experience once again. Walked in and got checked in by very friendly office person. Got called back within 5 minutes. Exam done by knowledgeable hygienist and dentist. Then checked out all in a timely manner!

The lady who prepped my tooth hurt my jaw really bad she put way to much pressure on me and it. The lady who filled my tooth did amazing tho!

I had the best experience. I had an emergency dental need and Willamette set me up ASAP. I came early to fill out the paperwork. They took me in on time. My appointment needed longer than we thought so they asked if I could stay a little longer while they finished up another appointment to complete what I needed done. They were proficient, and kind and wonderful. I'm so grateful for my care.

Only complaint was the office was cold. Staff were excellent.

Friendly and professional as well as the dental assistant. Appointment was on time. However, the room was so cold I had to ask forc2 blankets.

We had to wait about 15 mins past our appointment time to be called back and we were not informed about delays. We were instructed to get there about 10-15 mins early to check in. It's hard having to wait in the waiting room with 2 little kids without being informed about what's going on.

Dr. Pelton helped resolve tooth pain due to a previous dental procedure that required a filling to be shaved down more. She explained her observations, which were also backed up by xray pictures. I'm grateful to be on the road to recovery and that my ache instantly felt better once the filling was shaved down as much as it was needed.

I marked timely appointment a little low because I have to wait a month and a half for my next appointment but I understand it is summer and staff are taking time off.

The team was all so kind!

The hygienist was really fast and rough. Asked to never have her clean my teeth again. Was sore the day after because of tools pushed against the corners of my mouth. The dentist was awesome as always!

I have severe dental phobia, because of this I have not been to the dentist in 23 years. I saw Dr Pelton. She was amazing. She was so pleasant. She informed me of the work I needed and gave a few options for how to move forward. Anna was her hygienist and she was equally amazing. I feel comfortable moving forward and have decreased anxiety about returning for my appointments.

Fast and professional.

I'm not happy with the fact that I was not given a choice on filling types like other providers. Instead I was given one option, that is of course the most expensive with no knowledge or reasoning as to why. Was also not spoken to from the provider for my son, who is a minor about treatment needed and why.

I would never want to go to another dentist

Absolutely amazing. They even temporarily fixed the sharp edge of an old filling that has to be redone completely. the Hygienist was very knowledgeable and so sweet. Dr was also, very pleasant. I definitely recommend them .

The dental team did a very good job. My only complaint is that it took over 40 minutes for me to get off of hold and make an appointment.

Great experience but orthodontist only works 2 days per week. Extremely difficult scheduling unless you don't work. Bad for people with jobs, zero flexibility

I felt very comfortable while I was there having my teeth cleaned, they all were extremely nice and kept making sure I was ok.

Frustrated because I felt I wasn't given the appropriate information in the past and was thrown off by them saying I may need a tooth pulled since it's been on "watch" which I NEVER received this information until my last visit. No cool.

Dr. Pelton and her assistant are always amazing during my appointments, as someone with high anxiety to dental appointments they always take their time to make sure I am okay. By far one of the best dentist I have been to., and I have recommended her to my friends and coworkers looking for a new dentist. I feel like I hit the dentist jackpot and hopefully she doesn't leave.

It was good, they're a great team. Patient, kind, efficient. A heads up that the shot in the top of my mouth was going to be atrocious compared to any other dental shot I've gotten would've been nice. But, they were efficient which is also nice when you're an emotional wreck.

I went to a Kaiser dentist the day before and they dismissed my symptoms. When I came to Willamette Dental, I was immediately taken care of and was told I needed my tooth extracted immediately. I was given great care, good instructions, and I followed the dentist's directions to go to the emergency room the following day. I've been in the hospital for two days with an IV drip because of the support, urgency, and direction I received at Willamette Dental. Thank you, it means a lot.

I am really impressed with the service, friendliness and care shown by everyone involved at my recent visits.

My child did so well getting her fillings done. She was anxious, but birth dental assistant and doctor were great with my 6 year old with her first fillings. They directed her well to make sure she was less anxious and knew what to expect with shots, numbing, and drilling. She wasn't afraid to go back for the next one.

The staff were wonderful and did a great job listening to me and answering my questions. I would appreciate being able to get appointments sooner.

She listened very patiently to our concerns and offered new treatments to help improve oral health. Specifically, she offered fluoride treatment at home to help reduce cavities. We didn't know that was an option before and we look forward to working with her more. We hope to preserve as many teeth as possible. The patient (my wife) has a lot of dental issues but is committed to doing what she can for her health, including any at-home treatments.

Hi, I was very upset with the dentist because my husband went in, he had 11 teeth pulled by the last dentist and hemorrhaged. And then this time when we went in, because he has one cavity that is kind of hurting him, she wanted to pull the rest of his bottom teeth and give him dentures. I think that is horrible. I am a nurse and I would not let that happen. He already hemorrhaged when he had his other teeth pulled and she took offense that I didn't want my husband's teeth pulled and there's only you know, a tooth that is causing him a little bit of cold sensitivity, there's no reason to have all of his bottom teeth pulled out. This is really odd to me. I worked at the VA, and when they did heart surgery, they pulled everybody's teeth, and I think that's horrible, because they get dentures, they don't fit, they don't go in, they don't stay in, they can't chew food, they lose them, they never get new ones. It's lots of problems. And I was very put off by this

Dr. Pelton took the time to carefully explain my treatment and made sure everything was done with patience and kindness.shes an amazing Doctor! Cara, the amazing DA, ensured I was comfortable the entire time. It's her attention to details that's remarkable. Their bedside manner is truly the best. The whole Hazel Dell team works so well together! I absolutely love this office!

Yes, I'm missing my front tooth and I was wondering why they didn't issue me a flipper and my appointment isn't until October the 6th. I have to wait all that time before I get anything.

I'm not really sure why I had to go in. They looked at my teeth for about a minute. Slopped some fluoride on my teeth in about thirty seconds then escorted me to the receptionist. The last time I was in they said we'll see you next year, i was surprised that they told me I had to come in?
