Dr. Nordstrom has worked with all 3 of my children and there has never been a time when I felt like they were not the priority regardless of the number of patients in the office. Bellingham staff are the best! From Stacy at the front desk, Victoria the dental assistant( love her), Dr. Armstrong, my orho Dr. Nordstrom. They are amazing! Very personable. They addressed you by your first name. Very friendly atmosphere and makes you feel welcome and special. Pleasant experience every visit. Highly recommended.

Great experience!

Received braces on a Friday, Saturday night we had an issue, brace fell off. Went in at 7am and staff got us in at 7:10 and we were out by 7:25 with the issue fixed. Staff was very attentive and speedy as we live on the coast and they were extremely apologetic. Although it was an inconvenience, the staff did the right thing and made the situation a great experience. I really appreciate how they accommodated us. Awesome staff!!! ??

Dr Nordstrom is by far the best provider I've ever had at Willamette dental. The hazel dell office is great as a whole, much better than the experience I had at the Mill Plain office. I wish Dr Nordstrom could be my general dentist as well! She's fantastic, kind, and clearly VERY knowledgeable and capable as a provider.

Our appointments are already far apart - but get cancelled or rescheduled, often last minute by the dental office due to lack of workers. This has happened twice in three months, causing us to have to make appointments at crazy times. It is not ideal, for sure!

Dr. Nordstrom and her team are the most professional and knowledgeable folks I've ever been to and that includes any dentists I have been to in the past!

The Orthodontist only works 2 days per week and does not ever flex or rotate for patients. She also does not have late or early appointments in regards to school hours. My kids miss A LOT of school to have straight teeth, it is really sad.

The person that worked with my daughter was very patient and helped my daughter who was very scared of having a tooth pulled. The person gave my daughter a lot of grace and only did what my daughter was comfortable with. It was the most patient the staff had ever been with my daughter. Thank you.

We have always had great care from Dr. Nordstrom and her team. Myself, husband and 3 kids have all had braces in the last 4 years.

I just want to say that Dr. Nordstrom and her team is always so professional and always make us, they always make us feel warm and fuzzy when we're there. I really appreciate the time and the effort that Dr. Nordstrom and her team puts in to making us feel like we're a part of the Willamette family and that makes us feel good. We live in Gresham and we drive all the way to Hazeldale, so it's amazing to get there and be treated like royalty. So thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.
