Dr. Martin is a wonderful, highly skilled dentist. He has saved more than one of my teeth. He is also very personable and friendly. It is clear that Dr. Martin truly cares about my health because he patiently and clearly explains my condition (e.g., pointing out things on the x-rays) and what I can do to maintain good oral health. At my last appointment, he noted some bone loss in a previous x-ray. Before I left, he had the assistant take a new x-ray. As soon as he got the images, he called to let me know that the bone loss had not progressed, which was a relief.

Dr. Martin and his team are THE BEST

Dr. Martin is great! He always makes me feel like he's happy to see me and looks me in the eye when he greets me. I feel he is competent and compassionate at the same time. All of the hygienists and assistants are also great.

This is the best Willamette Dental, or any dentist, I've ever been to.

I have some pretty severe PTSD about going to the dentist. It's NOT something I like to do on a regular basis & have even cried because I had to go. Your staff has REALLY helped me with this & have been very patient & sensitive to my issues! Thank you for that!

Hygienist was too rough as she was the first time I had her clean my teeth.

The hygienist that worked with me was very thorough with the process and I'm very satisfied with the result.

They canceled our original appointment and called a couple days ahead of time. There were definitely communication issues with the person who called to reschedule and we had to take a very early appointment that was not great for our schedule that day. We had to take it or my kid wouldn't get seen at all before moving back to the dorms. I don't know if she was coached to be tough on people or that was her choice. If she was my first contact with Willamette Dental as a new customer, I wouldn't continue as a patient. That is the reason I wouldn't recommend your business. The dental care was just fine. No issues.

I am not getting regular reminders of my appointments. And appointments are hard to get.

Absolutely love this team! Everyone is super friendly and professional, there is a great positive vibe in the office. The only thing that lets WD down in general are the wait times for appointments. I often tell people, it's a great dentist once you manage to see someone, but that could take months!

My crown replacement doesn't fit well. I explained to the girl, but it was already well past 5pm and she had weak excuses for her reason for the poor fit for the crown.

First filling and it was fixed quickly, easy to reschedule when I got sick the first time. They listened to my concerns.

My front tooth had a hole in the back, after I left, the hole is less but still there,,,,wasn't sure why?

The staff was amazing and the Doc that took care of me was absolutely perfect. I wish he would be my Doc at every appointment!

Hygienist was not at all gentle and not particularly apologetic about it.

The staff were amazing however I was disappointed by the treatment I received my the dentist. He was aggressive with me over my decision to decline an xray while pregnant. He asked at least 3 times and then gave me "fun facts" about how safe X-rays during pregnancy are and belittling me. I felt like he did not respect me and my ability to make my own decisions about my care. I repeated I was willing to come back for X-rays in 2 months after the baby is born. I expect my dentist to respect my decision the first time.

Dr Martin aka TM and the whole staff have always been amazing!!! Enjoyed my 15 years at Willamette dental in Hazel dell!!! Look forward to Willamette dental in Idaho!!!

I was very happy with this office compared to the one on Millplain! Thankful to the doctor for his knowledgeable advice and treatment.

Dr. Martin has been my dentist since his days in Tualatin. I like him so much, I followed him to Vancouver. He's great!!!

Had challenges finding an opening with my travel schedule but that is an issue more for me than Willamette.

It was good. The hygienist was very courteous & professional. Dr. Martin is a great dentist & a friend.

Good they didn't shame me for not being afraid to go during covid and then just not getting around to it for a couple more years. Cleaned my teeth and didn't seem to do anything unnecessary.

I've been seeing Dr. Martin the last several years and am so pleased always with his knowledge and patient care. We absolutely adore Dr. Martin and his assistant Kelly! They are both fantastic and we always look forward to seeing them.

She did an excellent job with zero pain!

The hygienist was a little aggressive with her water spray and a couple of times I felt like I was being waterboarded. Water going down my neck was unpleasant. She was also asking some questions that I considered fairly intrusive about my mental health diagnosis. Dr Martin was as pleasant as always but the vibe at the office was off.

I have been going there about 8 years now, and I have never had a bad experience.

Staff was courteous and professional and treated me with respect and kindness

I called and explained that a wisdom tooth was sore and loose, which was causing me some pain. They got me in the next day, sat down explained everything to me in detail as to the cause of the pain. The wisdom tooth unfortunately couldn't be saved and needed to be extracted. They did the extraction and was on my way in less than 30 minutes. It was great not having to wait days and also the team there was professional and calm.

Overall, great experience!! Dr. Martin, Anna and Erica were great!

I appreciate Dr. Martin's gentle care and professionalism. From someone who suffers from dental anxiety due to past childhood dental visit trauma, Dr. Martin has listened to my concerns and has gone above and beyond to make sure my procedures have been pain free and provides a calming presence.

It was a unfriendly visit not sure why, as well I wasn't given the bag at the end of the visit with a toothbrush floss witch seemed odd but as unfriendly as the office was it didn't surprise me

My hygienist was excellent fast and gentle!

I had questions for the one who took me back concerning my appointment and and what I wanted them to look at and she was proactive and took an exray. I had questions for the one who checked my gums and cleaned my teeth and she had good answers for everything. The dentist was very friendly and also had good answers for all my questions as he told me about my teeth especially the tooth I had a concern with.
