I'll save my comments for the next time I go into the dentist.

All the personnel of Willamette Dental is really, really polite, helpful, and professional. And the dentists were very, very honest with me. And they saved most of my molars. They made the fillings that they needed. And they said that the rest of my teeth were really good. And other dentists wanted me to pull them out. And Willamette took x-rays. So it was amazing, the job they did. I would definitely recommend them. And the only good thing I will improve is the appointment time, because sometimes you need to wait six months, four months, three months just to get an appointment. That's the only bad thing that has that. There's not enough appointments for the people. Besides, that is the best service I've ever had in the States. Thank you.

Dr.Shaw was very nice and helpful with my dental needs!

They got me in earlier than my scheduled appt because I was experiencing tooth pain. I appreciate their cautious approach to treatment as opposed to taking serious measures that may be resolved with a more conservative approach.

We love Willamette Dental and have been very happy with our care and staff professionalism. Recent, some staffing shortages at the Pullman office were frustrating (compelling us to go to Coeur d' Alene), but we're confident the hygienist and dentist will be available for our next visit.

Dr. Shaw is an excellent dentist and Willamette is lucky to have him. I do think Willamette can do a little better job with post-procedure care, such as a more comprehensive do and don't list, such as no straws, no hot beverages, solid food intake, etc.

Scheduled an emergency appointment stating I thought my tooth might need to be pulled, my appointment was changed last minute without checking if I could make it (I was an hour drive away), and then they didn't schedule enough time to provide me with any treatment.

I appreciate the non-judgemental vibe. I had 1 experience there previously that was uncomfortable, due to a hygenist's comments regarding my dental habits. Relatively, I might be a filthy animal, but I try, and I appreciate simple respect and honesty.

I immediately felt comfortable after walking into this office. From start to finish, all of the staff was amazing. I really appreciate Dr. Shaw's sense of humor also!

Extremely professional staff. I am able to be relaxed anytime I have an appointment at this office. No anxiety at all leading upto my appointment. I encourage everyone at work to sign up for Willamette dental all year leading upto open enrollment. I have never had a bad experience at one of your clinics.

Sara M was very thorough and knowledgeable, explained every step of the cleaning and made the experience very comfortable. It felt like Dr. Shaw really listened to my complaints and did a great job working with me and fixing my problems. Dr's assistant Brittany explained the processes and the care plan very thoroughly. Very positive experience in the office especially compared to past experience in other offices. Will definitely be taking care of all my dental needs through Willamette from now on!!

Good care, once I got an appointment. Had a severe tooth ache and I was unable to get an appointment, called my old Dentist and he prescribed antibiotics right away and saw me the following day. This office offered no help whatsoever. Very disappointed.

Everyone in the office from the dentist to the hygienist to the receptionist are always very friendly and welcoming and patient and informative. I totally trust Willamette Dental and their staff.

In person dental service was exceptional, empathetic, and professional. Scheduling is difficult to impossible via the call center. The office is much more helpful

I do just want to say that literally every single person I've worked with was wonderful. So the people at the front desk, the people at the call center, the hygienists, the oral team, everybody was great.

I have always had an exceptional experience from staff and doctors!

Scheduling was terrible. I called in the spring and was told I was being put on a waitlist due to my availability. We called again in the Fall and were told I was never on a waitlist. Luckily after that call I was put on the list and got in a few months after.

Calling to make an appointment was ridiculous! In 3 months I called wto times and was told that I was on a cancelation list but never got called. I talked to my provider directly and they got me an appointment for a week and a half later.

The dental care provided by the dentist and assistants was great. We did not see Dr. Shaw. He had been our family dentist for many years. We were changed to another Dr without our consent or approval. For whatever reason, even with multiple requests, we have not been able to return to Dr. Shaw. Our kids knew him and were e comfortable with him.
