Dentist and team is great.

I was very pleased with my treatment. Although my issue was not resolved, I was referred to Oral Surgery for resolution. The dentist, alleviated my pain and patched my tooth to bide time until Oral Surgery could take place. This was my first time using Willamette Dental.

Ooh goo'ness! I'm absolutely TERRIFIED of dental work (the emotional scars run deep, lol)! As such, I only go when things reach an "emergency" situation. I was an absolute BIG BABY in the chair, but Dr. Morrison and his assistant stuck with me through the anxiety, and what was s'posed to be a surgical extraction for a NASTY bad tooth was done as a "simple" extraction! Yeah, he's really THAT good. I have so much more work that needs to be done, but I'm trusting that all things will go just as well moving forward. I also very much appreciated the noted lack of judgement or scorn over the status of my needed dental repair. Seriously, I've let it get baaad.

It was a great support at that difficult moment. I thank the entire team very much!

Timely, professional and efficient

My son has a tooth that's causing a lot of pain and frustration. Looking online, there appears to be multiple ways to help it. The only option we were given was to brush his teeth more. Very frustrated. He can barely sleep.

Dental staff and front office staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions.

The dental assistant was so great with my daughter. She made her feel so brave throughout the whole thing. The dentist was just as patient and gave us the recommendation for their pediatric dentist in another office for better service for our daughter. We appreciated the team for making me daughter more comfortable at the dentist office.

I wanted to talk to Dr Morrison about some dental issues but did not have an opportunity. A phone visit might be a good start.

Dr Morrison is just so wonderful! He called me, prescribed medication and helped me get out of my discomfort. He was able to also squeeze me in for a procedure same day (rather then having to wait 2 more weeks) So appreciative!! And the support staff was great too, returning my calls and listening to my issues. Tooth pain is the worst and having that help is memorable, so thank you!

Everyone is very friendly. The person who cleans my husband's teeth is very professional and does an excellent job. It's just very difficult to make appointments because every time I go, the receptionist tells me I came too early to make the appointment, and then when I return, she tells me there are no more appointments in the morning. It's very frustrating.

I was in a personal vanity crisis and received help in minutes!

I had a great experience, I just wish my dentist told me what was happening. He said I would need a root canal and then just went in and did it. I didn't know what was happening or what a root canal was, or how long the procedure would be or anything like that.

I was there having a filling redone that fell out after just a couple of months. So I'm having issues with the quality of work since this is not my first repair that didn't last! First time with this Dr so we will see how this one does.

The dentist at Mill Plain was very thorough and explained what was happening. He did a very good job .

We've had Willamette Dental for years and I've almost always been completely happy with the staff. The one negative thing I have to say is that lately it's been difficult to get a routine appointment. Appointment dates are booked far out. When I call I'm offered one appointment and if that doesn't work for us then I'm told the calendar isn't open far enough to schedule. This results in a long game of phone tag as I work and can't always answer my phone. It shouldn't be this hard to schedule a routine appointment! I realize your offices are limited in Clark county, which may be part of the problem. The actual staff, including those poor people trying to schedule me an appointment, our great.

The dental hygienist was amazing. The dentist himself, Dr. Morrison, was very short and didn't stick around for questions. And I didn't feel like he cared that my daughter's teeth were hurting her and have been for the past two years. And anyways, thanks.

Our provider and the staff at the Mill Plain location are wonderful. Scheduling appointments, however, is quite challenging with limited availability. I had to call four times to get appointments that worked for our family because time slots were filled and scheduling farther out was not yet available.

I called at least 5 times to get an August appointment. They kept telling me to call back and then there were no appointments. I got on a cancellation list. They need more dentists in Vancouver WA.

Please please, consider providing ur patience with sumthing much stronger (medication) other than resort to simple measures....an abscess is life threatening, in sum case, listen to ur patience alittle closer.....thank u....
