The dentist from Spokane Valley was amazing. I will be going out there from now on if my new insurance will cover it

Some assistance need to be happier just not doing a job! I think I will go to the valley because the people that has been been helping on the Northside makes it more relaxed and friendly!!!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely loved the interactions with Dr. Perry and his assistant yesterday at the North Spokane location! They spoke loudly and clearly and were so friendly, kind and informative! Sometimes the providers and assistants at the North Spokane location talk too quietly, have a strong accent that I can't decipher, or are just not very outgoing. I will try to schedule with Dr. Perry from now on, even if it means I have to travel to the valley!

The new hygienist used the electri wand and it hurt. Asked him to stop and he used the cleaned by hand. Dentist noticed my gums were red and said it would be fine the next day. My gums hurt when I bite down some today.

Daniel Perry is the best I have had as a family dentist. He makes his patients feel at ease and explains everything we need to know. The hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth. I am a very happy patient. The girls at the desk that check you in are so friendly.

As someone who typically has a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, I couldn't have had a better experience. I never felt judged and felt really at ease. Dana, my hygienist, did an incredible job and made me feel really at ease. Dr. Perry was super nice and made sure I felt confident in my treatment plan. He also did some fillings and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I truly can't say enough positive things about my whole experience and look forward to continuing care at this office.

Not a fan of the dentist and had a really great experience. Was comfortable and put at ease.

The only thing I don't like is having to call a number then wait on hold forever, or leave my number just to get a call back. Just to make an appointment.

The dental assistant for the dentist was not the best. I almost walked out of the appointment because she was extremely rude at the start of the appointment. I was going in for a tooth extraction and she wasn't helping the stress I had going into the appointment. I did not appreciate her attitude.

I switched to this location rather than the north side because the dentist I had there was rude and never answered any questions/gave advice without me having to pry it out of him. Here, I mentioned one tooth being chipped and they found three and didn't even try to charge me for a fancy custom one, literally told me where to find the cheapest yet most effective ones. And everyone was very friendly. Much better experience than the north side location.

As an emergency visitor to the Spokane office, I was treated as warmly as I am in my Bellingham office. Doctor Perry and his assistant (sorry I don't recall her name, but she had sparkling strands in her hair??) were informative and encouraging. Thank you so much! To be away from home, in pain, and concerned is unsettling. Every person I met there was stellar.

She felt like the hygienist was very rough in her mouth but other than that everything went well.

Now on the 9th month of appointments and still no dentures that fit

I was really happy with Dr. Perry, but I was not happy with his assistant. His assistant, when I told her that my mouth was hurting and getting cut, when she was taking x-rays, she just blew it off and said, Well, we have to do it this way. And I know that's not true because I have a smaller mouth and they could have given me a smaller thing to bite on. And she just had some rude comments that I didn't appreciate, but I really do like Dr. Perry. Thank you.

The technician who performed the scan for my mouth guard was excellent at keeping me informed of what we were doing and why.

The dental hygienist was thorough and expedient in her care for me. Unfortunately, I had to wait for twenty-five minutes to see the dentist.

I was impressed with the doctor's attentiveness and time taken to explain what was going on with my teeth and jawbone and gums. I was disappointed though that the treatment he had the dental hygienist apply did not last more than 30 minutes after I left the dental office. So I am returning to North Point to have it done again and see if it works better this time.

This dr was from the Spokane valley office and I loved him. I was scheduled for one filling but he got 3 others done that were in the same area since I was already numb. I appreciated his consideration of my time and have to travel back for multiple more fillings when we could get them all done that day. I am highly considering switching to the valley office to see him.

Kathy was amazing and so was Dr. Daniel Perry, they listened to all my concerns and gave me the best dental plan for future care. Excellent service from making the appointment to end of appointment! Keep up the great work. My only complaint is the multiple reminders for the appointment. I received multiple texts and automated phone calls. It was a bit much.

Dr. Perry is great. Angie and the new girl up front were very personable and helpful.

I really like the team and they work well together. There was quite a delay in-between the hygienist and dentist review (@10 min) but they were professional and handled it well. I do have to say the initial questionnaire before the appointment was terrible. So much irrelevant information was asked or information that I had already submitted in previous visits was asked. I kept running out of time to filling it our on my phone. Manually entry at the office can't be efficient. That needs to be fixed if you ask me.

Wonderful staff and hard working staff.

We were there for my husband and I needed to make an appointment for a chipped tooth and they were able to take me in that same day since we have to travel to get there, which was really nice. I'm not good at being at the dentist and everyone was super nice and helped me get thru my appointment. They are all helpful in answering all my questions and help me with my fears. They make it nice.

Dr. Perry worked me into his busy schedule to repair a buckled crown and chipped tooth. He was professional and always does great work.

It's absolutely fantastic. Every aspect of being there was unbelievable. People are remarkable, helpful, go above and beyond. Only thing about in general that is a little tricky for me is going through an automated service to make an appointment and cancel, or maybe if you're going to be late or you get in a car accident, there's no way to really reach you guys quickly. or if you have an emergency of some kind, I don't know. So it would be nice if there was a direct line right to the office to talk to a person. That's about it. I'm pretty used to that, so maybe I've just been spoiled. Okay, but otherwise, remarkable. Love it. Facility's beautiful, all of it. So thank you so much. Bye.

My only concern was that the wait to be seen for a missing front tooth on my partial plate was two weeks due to the lab's schedule. That was a long time to be without a front tooth.

Everything about this appointment was amazing. They called us back on time (no waiting), the hygienist was so kind, professional and caring. My son said that was the best cleaning he's ever had. So shout out to Kathy! Dr. Perry was so wonderful. He helped take away an anxiety my son was feeling, he explained things so well and you can tell he really cares about his patients. Everyone who works at this office is so kind and helpful!

Dr Perry and staff are personable and excellent communication. I have been with Willamette 20 years or so at least and Dr Perry is top tier.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They spent extra time to explain things to me and I liked that they gave me options for treatment.

It would be nice if there was a way to get ahold of the office directly when something happens to delay you, i.e. accident, so they know. Calling the 800 number is not the best way as you are often on hold too long to help in this situation.

The staff was really great . My only real complaint is that you called my phone with some app and the call and pitch was unexpected . I can't remember exactly why but I felt like I was tricked into clicking a link out of curiosity and instead got instructions to review

The hygienist was amazing! Very detailed, took her time, and did meticulous work. She gave me tips on more effective brushing techniques. Dr. Perry is great! He does great work as well and I have a follow up appointment scheduled to replace a crown that is failing.

Most improved, they need to take x-rays on your teeth. I didn't get no x-rays. That's the only thing I would say. I would get x-rays for cavities and that. That's the only thing I would say. But Dr. Perry is one of the best doctors ever and it was excellent. His partner was there and she was great too. So I had a very good experience. Thank you.

GREAT TEAM FROM FRONT OFFICE TO BACK.

This was first filling (replacement) I've had in years, and was surprised and so happy with the new process and material. It was quick and from what I remember of the old school silver filling this was much less painful or uncomfortable.

My appointment was definitely a 5 Star visit and the dental provider was skilled, patient and overall; exceptional.
