I suffer from major anxiety with dental appointments. Yesterday I was at easy the whole time. My hygienist was gentle and explained every step to me. One of the best appointments I have had ever with a dental appointment.

The dentist was very encouraging to my child with many overlapping teeth. He was terrific! They hygienist was amazing, chatting with my child to help them feel comfortable, used recent events and personal stories to facilitate a good rapport and thereby increased comfort while in the dental chair

Dr. Titus is one of the best dentist I've ever had in my 64 years. He's the only dentist that I know that can give you a shot of Novacaine and you didn't even know that he had given you that shot his working manners in your mouth or like nothing else he makes you feel very comfortable And he is really very professional about what he does. I would recommend him to anybody. He's a great person.

The dentist seemed like he didn't believe me. "Adjusted my crown" and sent me away. Once the numbness wore off my tooth hurt a million times more!

Accommodated myself and spouse for same day and same time appointments, and coordinated any questions about future treatment with efficiency.

Awesome experience

My doctor was very attentive to me. He didn't just go through a regular plan. He asked me about my pain, and he took care of my pain, and that was most important. Yeah, great conversation. Yeah, it was just a good experience.

Dr. Titus runs a very tight ship (I'm a retired sailor) In the years I have been his patient, I find his office and treatment rooms welcoming, clean, safe and always to the highest degree of professionalism. Kind and professional

Taking blood pressure with the wrist cuff is highly inaccurate and misleading. I request every time that it not be done and not to be entered into my chart. Please take note and stop doing this. It is not providing you with accurate health info on a patient.

My son's appointment was scheduled for 10:30, he waited in the waiting area for close to 30 min after his appointment time. He had checked in 15 min prior to. He also needed extra "freezing", which is not new knowledge. His time for 2 fillings exceeded the 30 min time frame initially given to us for this appointment when scheduling it. Thanks

The staff at the Everett office is always kind and friendly. The hygienist's are always helpful and educational. The dentist is always patient and helpful. It's always a great experience!

I was really nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Titus and his wonderful assistant made me feel calm and reassured. I'm so grateful for Dr. Titus and his gentle, caring approach. I also want to mention how much I appreciated the receptionist. I wish I knew her name so she could get the kudos she deserves. She's incredibly kind and helpful-her friendly manner and the way she connects with patients is authentic and inviting.

The ortho and dental are both part of the same group yet they can't clearly communicate about my child's treatment and it's difficult to get a full understanding of what needs to happen and what is actually scheduled to happen. Not a great experience and makes me worried for my child's care to see two areas under the same group so disconnected and uninformed

Very nice and professional

The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth was very professional and informative, while also being very personable. I appreciated it due to being uncomfortable with dentist visits.

I had gone in about 6 months ago with a problem with one of my teeth, I talked to Dr. Titus who gave me my options. One was to keep it in as long as possible with limited pain or have it pulled out. I kept it in for 6 months. I called for an appointment. They could see me in about 3 weeks. I told them to put me on a list of cancellations about 3 hours later. I was given a call and said that if I could make it in within a half an hour I can be seeing. Dr. Titus pulled the tooth and as I write this it's been about 5 days. I have not had any pain or discomfort from it. He did an excellent job.

No problems but expensive.

I was totally pleased this time!!! I have a very sensitive mouth and gums to any cold. They had the water warm! This time they used a numbing gel on my guns before she proceeded to start! WOW! It was great! I was jumping all over in the chair. I could sit like a good patient!!! It was wonderful!

As usual it was a positive and professional experience.

Dr Titus listened to my dental problem, we discussed the history of treatment that had occurred and arrived at a treatment solution. He then provided immediate care to stabilize the tooth fracture and prevent further damage.

The only trouble was the appointment. The reminder to schedule my yearly (Every December) visit came and I immediately tried but schedule, but you were all booked up until February. It doesn't;t make sense to remind me about my December exams but not have any room until 2 months after.

I have been prescribed a prescription that was never sent to the pharmacy even the next day I called to let them know it wasn't sent and asked them to even call it in and still they didn't do so now they are closed for the holiday. Very frustrating that they didn't take the time to follow through even after me calling to let them know there was a problem with sending the prescription.
