I have severe anxiety with dental procedures. Nicole and other staff were so kind and understanding. Nicole listened to me and took my feelings into consideration with every step. Dr. Tang understood my anxiety and accommodated me. I actually look forward to improving my dental health with this team.

I made an appointment with the appointment call center surprisingly, I was told that there were no record of my appointment in their calendar.

My hygienist was very good and helpful. I only saw the dentist for a few minutes, but he was also very helpful. Everyone at the office was very nice.

The dental hygienist I had was very knowledgeable and helpful! She was very professional and nice. Made my visit great!

Before my first appointment, they canceled three times and told me they didn't have the doctor who was supposed to do my job. That was before my first appointment, but medically, I liked the treatment. I hope that when they have more staff who can perform the treatments, at least that was my bad experience.

I always feel safe, respected, and cared for at my dentist visits with Dr. Tang.

The staff at this facility are courteous and respectful.

The provider who did the scan for the mouth guard was very professional and kind.

The front desk staff at this location is consistently excellent. They are always friendly, efficient, and make sure I have appointments organized and everything in order for future visits. Top notch! Additionally, my hygienist is very good. She is the best hygienist I've ever had, very personable and gentle.

The technician was so kind and was wonderful with my son.

I had chipped a tooth so of course that makes things uncomfortable. I called Willamette and got an appointment for the next day. When I arrived I got in almost immediately. From the time I got in to the time I left, it was no more than 20 minutes. No pain, no fuss and a great repair job. That is the way a visit to the dentist should be! Many thanks!

I'm sorry because of my Blood Pressure being high they could not fix my tooth. I wish we could have waited for the blood pressure came down so they could do the work. I have white coat symdrome. I go in it's high....I leave it goes down. Not their fault. They we wonderful.

It was fast and great. I got a 7am appointment and got there at 6:30. They usually let people in at 6:50 but I had to wait a little to get checked in a little early. The experience was great.

It was all good, from the front receptionist, the hygienist, to Dr. Tang, DDS, to the exit receptionist. I am very pleased with my team.

Our hygienist was the best. She was so good with kids, listening to what they had to say, answering their questions. Really appreciate a friendly and upbeat personality when it comes to my kids' appointments. They were scared initially but quickly relaxed and enjoyed the visit!

Dr. Tang is the best dentist I have ever had. He is so kind, amicable, caring, and skilled. His assistant, Denise, was also very pleasant and professional.

Amazing experience absolutely loved our hygienist.

Dr Tang was very dismissive of me and my teeth concerns. He looked in my mouth for less than a minute, said nothing is wrong with my teeth despite being in pain and then kept repeating no more implants to me. He was more concerned about the amount of money I've spent on implants than helping address why my teeth are hurting. I've been going to Dr Tang for 12 years and at this point, I would like to get another dentist as I feel I'm not listened to.

I was so happy to get an appointment with Dr. Tang. Earlier in the year, that was difficult, so I had to see a different dentist. I am hopeful that I can continue to see my long-time dentist and that the appointment center can figure out how to communicate more clearly with the dental offices.

My experience with Willamette has always been pleasant. The providers are kind and considerate. They are patient to answer all my questions. They provide the best dental care.

The doctor is very nice but talks over me, consistently cuts me off while I'm talking, and/or try's to fill in my words/finish my sentences while I'm attempting to ask a question. I always get a sense that he's in a hurry and doesn't have even a brief moment for me. He also always to rush in. The exam room and then rushes back out and if he's in a race. Again, a very nice person however I recommend he learns how to slow down just a bit.

Dr. Tang made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit - I usually struggle with little anxiety at the dentist, but his calm and gentle approach really made a difference. I like Willamette Dental a lot, but the times between checkups or times when I tried to make an appointment, it's getting longer and longer, and I just had a problem because now I'm getting a root canal and I have four weeks, and that seems a little long to wait for a root canal. Anyway, thank you.

My appointment was amazing! Dr. Tang was very attentive and made sure I was okay throughout my long procedure. Denys was so sweet and patient with me! Team sprit was excellent, teamwork amazing, they were frindely easy to talk with. Especial thankn you to dental assistant who brought us inside sorry forgot her name. Fast and does a good job

My daughters were both happy with the toothpaste flavor selection and the fact that the hygienist were gentle when flossing. They both said their XRay went great (one daughter has easy gag reflex and was fine). Both gave very favorable reviews.

As someone who hasn't been to the dentist in 8 years other than to have a tooth pulled because of an overwhelming fear of the dentist. I can safely say Dr. Tang is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. I told the team about my dental anxiety and he really eased my mind. He walked me through all my options and exactly what he was going to do. I had a painful and broken tooth and he got it out faster than I could have ever imagined! Im healing up nicely and I have set up another appointment so that I can get in to see him regularly! If you're looking for a compassionate and professional dentist he's your guy.

This was a very positive experience with a dentist I've seen before. The assistant and hygienist were both friendly, professional and courteous and did a great job. The dentist. DDS. Tang is highly recommended!

Dr. Tang and the front office staff are caring and efficient. I had a dental emergency that was taken care of immediately. One of the assistants shamed me by commenting that I had missed my last follow-up appointment. I had to share I had lost 3 family members since my appointment 1 yr ago. Dr. Tang however, overheard and was very compassionate and understanding. --Getting in for regular checkups can be extremely challenging. Appointments are always at least 2 months out minimally. There are simply not enough offices in Snohomish County. (I would still drive far to see Dr. Tang). Don't expect follow-up calls anymore, they just have too many patients. When you have finally gotten an appointment and are in the office, you will be treated with care and respect. --Also, the needles are still large/old school, not the tiny ones for Novacaine. Really wish they would upgrade. No video or music for distraction or state of the art xray machines. Everything is basic, old-school, and relationship focused. It's a trade-off I'm willing to live with, I've had both.

I had an emergency and they did everything to find me an appointment on that day. I appreciate that. And they fixed my tooth as best as possible for that day, even if temporarily right away.

My experience with this dental office has been overall mediocre, somewhat frustrating at some times, but our recent dental hygienist was absolutely amazing. Such a good experience. I really enjoyed her and she was very helpful and informative.

Dr. Tang is such a caring, kind and conscientious dentist. We are always in good hands with him and hope he stays with Willamette for a long time. Lynn is a compassionate assistant and provides excellent care and communication for my husband who has a bit of dementia. Kayla is such a friendly and capable check-in person. She had our schedule lined out right away and made our visit very welcoming. Chelsea saw us out the door in her usual kind and super efficient manner. Hard to get an appointment lately. The dentist and hygienist are great and so are the receptionists.

Efficient, friendly, skilled

The staff, Hygienist, and Doctor are all excellent at this location. I am very happy with both the quality of care and the thoughtful and educational responses I received from my questions about my hygiene as well as the X-rays and other equipment. I really like how the customer gets to look at their X-rays on the screen at their chair.

My dentist, Dr Tang is exceptional , his whole team is. You can't even feel it when he gives you the numbing shots in your mouth he's so good at it. I had a tooth filling done, with all the numbing and the drilling and all that entails and I was in and out of the dentist office within an hour, with no pain ! It was a very pleasant experience for going to the ! Tang's team is great, the front desk is great. Never any problems and always have a good experience. I highly recommend them!
