Dr Nguyen and Olivia were as usual very informative, answered all my questions. Always professional, they knew my history and treatment plan. Dani and Chelsea started and ended the visit with with professionalism and courtesy. A followup appointment was made, so I would not have to call back. Willamette Dental is the best!!!!!

I was told I need a prescription high fluoride toothpaste. Only 1 flavor (bubble gum) was available at office. I had to pass. If you are going to promote this product, please have all flavors available.

I was in so much pain when I got there, and prior to leaving was advised to take Tylenol. I did and it didn't provide much help, lost sleep and am still in pain, even though it's not as bad as when I first came in. A day or two's worth of pain medication would have been helpful but when I inquired about it, I was still told Tylenol and Acetametaphine would be enough. It wasn't and is not. Maybe for some but not working for me. I appreciate your service and look forward to my next visit.

The entire experience was super professional. Everyone involved with me was friendly professional / absolutely top notch.

My dentist was the absolute best. Not sure how she makes sitting in that chair with a drill buzzing in your mouth a pleasant experience but does. Never felt so relaxed while getting dental work. A+++++

Dr. Nguyen is caring and kind. She has been gentle and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I have severe dental anxiety. She does everything she can to comfort and accommodate me. I am so grateful for her and the wonderful assistants that work with her.

The professionalism, wealth of knowledge from all the individuals I encountered from the front desk secretaries to the doctor, and the kindness I felt the moment I walked through the front door, was stellar to say the least.

Office staff, hygienist and Doctor were very nice and professional.

Dr is super terrific. She fixed the dentures to fit. It might need a bit of tweaking but so far it's liveable. Docs an asset to the company by far.

The hygienist, Nicole, is always amazing. She does such a great job, and is so thorough, efficient and kind. Didn't get much time with Dr Nguyen- that part of the appointment was very quick (a little rushed actually), but she was attentive and seems very knowledgeable.

The team was very patient with my anxious son. He has ADHD and anxiety and they were very understanding and friendly with him and I.

Application of fluoride paste could have been better, wasn't evenly applied and was applied to lips/skin in the process. Everything else was great.

All of the providers handled my anxiety and fears with such kindness and grace.

I'm a bit frustrated. I originally contacted the office in early July regarding my tooth and had to wait a few weeks for an appointment. At that time I thought my tooth issue was going to be addressed only to find out I had to wait several more weeks for another visit. My tooth has been bothering me now for well over a month and the wait time seems excessive.

All staff members were incredibly friendly and professional. My dentist and hygienist noticed things that previous dentists did not find. I really appreciate that.

The dental assistant and the Dr should communicate better. The assistant did not do a shade match on me when she was supposed to do that. Now I have to make time to come back just for a shade match.

My biggest complaint with Willamette is the appointment center. I called several times and got the runaround until I was finally told that my regular dentist was on leave. To get an appointment, I had to change dentists, which isn't a huge issue; however, it was the lack of transparency about what was happening with my regular dentist that was concerning.

Initially I was booked out 3 weeks for my fractured tooth but they got me in a couple days later off the wait list. I felt 3 weeks was terrible but was very grateful to be moved up

It was a good positive experience. Although a shorter staff on a Friday, they were cheerful and quite interactive.

I've been twice to have a temporary crown put in. Both times it came out within an hour or two

I ended up having a allergic reaction from the fluoride product they out of my teeth because it's derivative of pine nuts and I allergic to all nuts. I was in the ER last night. I think they need to ask people about allergies beforehand and let them know there is pine nuts in the products they use or derivatives

The entire team, from the front desk to hygienists to the dentist were all very professional and friendly and helpful. My kids were in separate rooms and the staff kept me updated and the kids knew where I was too. It was an easy and wonderful experience. Thank you!

My dental provider has always been professional, courteous, caring. She answers all my concerns. I had a new hygienist named Nicole. She was wonderfully caring, responsive. She did a great job cleaning my teeth. I would like her to be my hygienist again if possible.

I had a tooth break just before the office closed. I was able to call and get scheduled within 2 days to be seen.

Appointments for care are too far out.

Only problem i had, I wear hearing aids, had to take them out for xray, she had on a mask. She tried to give instructions, I could not understand her with the mask on and hearing aids in a cup. Flat out told her I can't understand you talking through thr mask, pointed at cup and said you take that mask off I can hear you or at least try to. I got there early cause I live an hour away, was in and out before my actual appointment time.

From checking in to heading out, the entire team was friendly, fun, and informative. Really great experience!

I wish it was easier to get an appointment at Willamette Dental. I was referred to see a specialist and still waiting for a call back for an appointment.

Super professional. Very clear on procedure. Great experience

Without any tests, xrays, just poking at my gums and asking 1 question the dentist was apparently able to confirm that my receding gums (some of which is so bad that I even have a wiggly tooth and constant blood line) and swollen gums are only from pregnancy and nothing else. Also told me to make another appointment for what could be a filling, root canal or extraction but couldnt give me a definitive answer. I felt rushed and like my concerns werent listened to. I felt pushed to handle a filling when my concerns all had to do with my gums. I will not be seeing her again.

Everyone was super terrific. IThey made sure that I was comfortable and that the extractions were done with no pain.

We have had great experiences with Willamette in general. I recommend them consistently to friends, family, and coworkers. Dr. Nguyen is the best dentist the wife and I have had, hands down

Very pleasant experience

I very much liked the dentist and assistant.

My daughter had a great time during her visit. She enjoyed all the staff that helped make her experience comfortable, safe and educational. She loved getting coins at the end of her visit for being such a great patient.

Sooner appt's would be great.

1. Replaced temporary crown and it came off 48 hours later. 2. Appointment system does not go out far enough to adequately serve patients. If I can't make an appointment 4 months out I may not remember to call.

The hygienist was great with my child. He knew how to communicate with a kid. Much better than her last visit.

There was a little bit of a misunderstanding on me taking a appointment that someone else canceled and my dentist was generous to squeeze me in and finish up fixing my tooth

This last appointment was narley. The Novacaine wasn't working, so I had three injections, and left worn out. I'm an HSP, so a huge challenge. But I do think Dr Nguyen is excellent. She gave me breaks, and checked on my several times. Going to have to get partials, which I'm devastated by. but that's part of life.

I was genuinely pleased with the overall experience, I look forward to my next appointment.

I appreciate all of the work everyone did to make sure my son was able to be seen on that day. He needed an urgent appt for a broken tooth and we were able to get in to the Bellingham office. However the doc was sick that day and wasn't going to make it in. The team worked very hard to make sure he was seen in the Everett office. I was just so impressed by how they were able to get us in. Since that happened, my son was able to have a comfortable weekend with no broken teeth. Thank you again.
