Unfortunatelly, I have not met this provider yet, as I take my son to his appointments and wait for him.

The Ortho team is great. The office team is the most unprofessional people I have ever experienced in all my life. Customer service non-existent. They should do a lot better about contacting patients when they have to cancel and not telling patients unfortunately a few patients get missed. If rotating orthos is an issue, then maybe it should be addressed.

I love my son's Ortho team! The only thing I wish Willamette offered was an emergency line to receive tele assistance with a trained professional and not just an admin. Otherwise, I am very happy.

Normally, we have a very good experience with Willamette Dental. However, our last experience with the DA that was helping my daughter, there was a little bit of some inappropriate talk, unprofessionalism as well.

Dr. Park is very attentive, patient and kind! It was my first time being seen at the Northgate location and the staff were so accommodating and nice! Everyone is so friendly and bubbly!

I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Tina Park at Willamette Dental, and unfortunately, it was not a great experience. As a new patient in her care, I was surprised and disappointed that she didn't even take the time to introduce herself or say hello. This was my first time meeting her since she joined the facility, and it felt impersonal and rushed as if I were just another case on a checklist. First impressions matter, especially in healthcare, where trust and communication are important. A simple greeting or introduction would have gone a long way in making me feel more comfortable and valued as a patient. I hope this can be improved for future visits, as the rest of the staff at Willamette Dental have always been kind and professional.

The orthodontist did not introduce herself during our first meeting. She never told me her name or said hello. Instead, she immediately began examining my mouth and started talking to her assistant without acknowledging me. Only after she finished did she ask if I had any questions. I found her behavior to be rude and unprofessional. As someone who works directly with customers on a daily basis, I expect basic courtesy, such as a greeting or introduction. Her actions felt very disrespectful. The assistant on the other hand was great.
