Everything about my apt was very good. Somewhat disappointed that X-rays were not taken- I am used to having that done yearly to check on possible unseen problems.

The service at Olympia was wonderful. Willamette dental overall, however, is troublesome with appointments. I often have to wait two or more months between appointments, and I have significant dental needs. Two months is a severe wait.

The appointment was great. From beginning to end my dentist and the assistants were attentive and helpful with my service. I felt no pain and had no issues with my care. One of my best dental appointments ever.

Dr. Minhas is wonderful. All my life I've had painful experiences with dentists but not with Dr. Minhas. He listens and he's very patient and he has never hurt me. He's very kind and regularly asks me how I'm doing in each phase of the procedure and always explains as he goes. He gives me confidence and is reassuring.

Wait times between appointments is crazy. 2 months in between appointments can be the difference between dental issues getting worse . I also don't think I have ever been sore long after being numbed. I have been to several dentists and this is the first one that my numb site was so sore after . My wife said the same thing

My doctor, the assistants, the office staff were genuinely lovely people. They were professional yet personable and they laughed with me when I told my stupid stories.

Dr. Minhas and his staff provided excellent care!!! One of my teeth broke and exposed a filling. The clinic got me an appointment as soon as possible. Dr. Minhas saved my tooth. I have been going to this clinic for over 20 years now and absolutely love the service and professional care.

Each team member provided me with timely information. Each team member has been kind and respectful. I misunderstood a team member and caused myself grief. I will do better next time. It is always a good idea to bring a second pair of ears to hear the same thing. After going thru extensive care from your wonderful team my brain does not work efficiently because of dental anxiety from the past. I'm a work in progress to overcome my dental anxiety.

An online hub would be nice to schedule appointments, refill toothpaste, etc. Allowing scheduling further out would be beneficial. After getting the text reminder to call for an appointment, the wait was almost three months. I would suggest either like i mentioned before allow pre-scheduling to be further out or adjusting text reminder time frames. Then the doctor wasn't available that scheduled date so then I had to wait an additional almost two months. If you ever have to reschedule, the patient should as a courtesy be placed on cancelation list. I was asked if I was a mouthbreather which I'm not - I know it was meant for dental health questions but my brain won't let go of that one. :/

The extraction went well without any pain. Only lots of blood for the next 14 hours. But only oozing is happening now and a sour taste. Glad when it heals up and the oozing stops. Will be nice to be able to finally chew food again as for now, only can eat soft foods.

Minimal contact with dentist at this appointment and almost no conversation. Dental assistant was excellent. This clinic has NO assigned dentists. Dentist for this appointment is assigned to a different clinic. Every appointment I am assigned a new dentist so there is no continuity.

Taking care of an emergency on off hours was difficult. The help I received 3 days later was perfect when I went in to the office. My doctor was able to describe and work with me about my concerns. The team and staff at the offices were outstanding and helpful.

Thank you for a relaxed non traumatic appointment. It's not always easy going to the dentist, but you made it a pleasant experience.

Dr. Minhas is a master practitioner. He is very empathetic and notices the slightest thought of discomfort in me and stops to check in with me. He explains what's going on and explains the options for a step-by-step approach with course corrections after what is learned from each step. No better dental problem solver in the business. As for the staff, same goes. Love Dr. Minhas and his Team.

It took a very long time to get an appointment. Months out. It seems they are very busy and could benefit from additional dental staff. Overall good experience though.

The crew of people that helped me from the second I approached the front desk to when I left were very kind and professional. Careful and skilled.

The recommendation score is largely because I don't often give recommendations, but if someone asks, I would say my experience with Willamette has been largely positive.

Ali did a great job with my child. She explained what she was doing and why.Dr. Minhas is the best! My whole family has seen him for years. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Both Ali and Dr. Minhas made the appointment fun!

When I was a kid the needle pokes for numbing were painful and never took hold fast enough so all my memories of past dental experiences were having my teeth grinded away while I was fully conscious and aware of the pain of doing so. Needless to say I've always been anxious about dental work since but the level of skill that was shown on both sides made the entire process painless and easy.

Filling complete. BUT per dentist the upper molar broke because the cap that Willamette dental did is to high!!! So I have a molar that fractured and now have a filling because of prior work completed at your business!

Dr Minhas is excellent. I have been going to him for a few years now and I really appreciate his care and how he has taken care of my teeth. He is a good listener, great communicator and has a good sense of humor. He is knowledgeable and has great attention to detail.

I visited the dentist because one of my gold crowns became loose. I was initially given an appointment that was over a month away. I consider that an excessively long wait to see a dentist.

The dental hygienist was extremely thorough but could use some practice around gum lines and being a little bit more gentle. I also just want to stress how much I appreciate how thorough she was.

I wish I could have gotten in earlier. There need to be more providers at this office. However, they took care of my problem immediately. They listened to me. I did not need "numbing" - I had a partially broken tooth and they took care of it in a few minutes!!!! The assistant also explained to me about what tooth paste for sensitive teeth and whitening teeth actually does - I had no idea!!! I was grateful for the information!!!

I would have liked a moment to get settled before having my blood pressure taken. It felt rushed which caused a bit of anxiety and elevated my result.

I loved how the tech learned from the hygienist how to take Xrays in a way that does not trigger a gag reflex. It changed my whole experience with getting Xrays done. I have a very small mouth.

Everything about this appointment was very good. Prior to this appointment, there were some delays. Thank you.

The dentist was extremely helpful. He adjusted my night guard so I could get it off more easily, it no longer makes my teeth ache, and it no longer pinches my cheek when I put it in.

It is a weird thing to say, but 100% true- my dental visit was the highlight of my day! They were kind, thorough, and downright pleasant. Sounds like an oxymoron, but it truly was a lovely experience.

The Willamette Dental dentists and hygienists are always friendly and professional. They use layman's terms when answering questions or explaining procedures. They are always concerned about your comfort and make sure you know what is being done.

Everything was fine except the wait time. My last two visits, I've had to wait about 1 hour between getting numbing and the procedure starting. It's way too long to sit there and wait.

I had a really bad toothache and I was able to be seen that morning. I'm glad I got in, as my tooth was infected, I was given antibiotics, and now will have to have a root canal and crown.

I typically do not voice any concerns about my dental care as Willamette always strives to be top notch. I just want to share that the hygienist that morning had some small amounts of blood splatter on their gown that was a little off putting and I am uncertain how unhygienic it could have been. I didn't want to embarrass them so I didn't say anything but it was really distracting. They provided excellent care and conducted themselves very professionally, so I wouldn't want this to affect their work performance, but if they could use a sanitized toilette to check their gown and wipe down between patients, that would be great. Thanks so much.

I was incredibly satisfied with the service that I received during my last visit at Willamette Dental. I came in with quite a few anxieties with being in the dental office. That's something I've experienced most of my life. I have some kind of sensory processing anxieties that occur, if that makes sense. It was very tough for me and they made it very easy. They were very kind and understanding and patient with me. I was there for an emergency appointment due to extreme dental pain and had to have an extraction that was quite difficult. And overall, just extremely pleased with my experience and very thankful for the professionalism that I received while I was in office by not only the dentist themselves, but as well as his assistants. Everybody was just extremely kind and understanding. So my thanks to them.

Dr. Minhas has been consistently outstanding as a my dentist. He has cared for my teeth and gums for a few years now, and always is very clear, knowledgeable and helpful in helping me keep my teeth and gums healthy. He is such a kind a lovely person, and his staff is great as well. Under his leadership, they excel at explaining things clearly to patients, and take such care with treating their patients like me. The dental hygienist, the gallon who took my exams, and the dentist himself were all extremely kind, compassionate, and honest and upfront about my teeth and dental health. I was very open about having dental anxiety and the hygienist, dentist, and xray technician took extreme care to make sure I was comfortable and at ease while still ensuring to provide incredibly care. It was by far the best dental experience I have ever had.

It's was a great experience

For my entire life 50+ years I have had extreme anxiety when going to the dentist. When I joined Willamette Dental, the professionalism, kindness and concern that was shown to me by the staff and Dr. Minhas has put me at ease. I don't fret over my appointments and don't worry about being lectured and I do not have the anxiety that I once did. The entire staff that I have dealt with have been very kind and welcoming.
