I received scolding for tardiness in making appointment for annual exam. My husband found out that he has stage 4 cancer and my schedule was thrown off. I did not appreciate the negative interaction.

Even though I am a very fearful dental patient the staff is very caring and always tries to make it a good experience.

The dentist was so good with injecting the anesthesia that it barely stung. For me, the anesthesia has always been the worst part of getting a filling, so having it sting so little is huge.

The hygienist was very thorough, professional and patient. And also the person who took my x-rays. This sets high standards for Willamette.

I was able to be seen on the day o called, and got in for my procedure the following day. Everyone was kind and helpful and I received great care!

Dr. Chung is the consummate professional. He is a great listener, and gives honest feedback. I feel well cared for by him and his team. I also want to add that Caitlyn, his dental hygienist, is one of the best hygienists I've ever had. She is terrific and I always ask for her when I make my annual appointment, as well as my son's. I originally changed my dental insurance to a DMO 3 years ago b/c I anticipated braces for my son, but he didn't need them. I decided to STAY with the plan, and with Willamette Dental, because Dr. Chung and his team are so excellent. Please do everything in your power to keep them on your staff--they are the best.
