Dr Yang is a great dentist. He is a good patient advocate and provide clear diagnosis and prevention strategies. He is also very skillful and accurate in filling and repairing chips with just right touch. Highly appreciated and recommended.

I love this dental clinic. They take care of you, communicate with you, and don't try to upsell you, which most dentists do. Everyone is kind and sensitive, including Dr. Yang. Best dental practice of my 63 years by far!

Stop insist doing unnecessary procedures

The team at Mount Lake Terrace is outstanding. They are so nice and take the time to explain procedures and explain how you could better care for your teeth. My hygienist was wonderful. Rarely do I enjoy myself at the dentist.

It would be great if Willamette would offer oral appliances for sleep apnea. Otherwise, it's great!

Very professional and caring for patients

I have a bit of a phobia of dental work (my first time at the dentist as a child was when I was 13 years old, and I needed a lot of work, as you can imagine.) I have been to dental offices where my fear (which mostly manifests itself as asking a LOT of questions!) has been looked at with disdain and scorn. The professionals at this office were gentle and patiently answered all of my many questions. My habit of avoiding the dentist is done, thanks to the good care I received!

My daughter and I have been with them for years. Every one is friendly and perfetional. Love to go there to get our teeth taken care of.

Sue- the hygienist- is always so great. She is careful, kind, and understanding. She always does an excellent job and makes sure that I'm comfortable.

Hi, my visit at Willamette Dental went well. The dental technician and the dentist themselves were very nice and knowledgeable. What happened after was what went wrong. They tried to squeeze me into an appointment at a different location at a later time, and then they called and adjusted that time. And by the time I got there and I called on the way saying that I was late, And when I arrived 10 minutes later, as I said, they said they couldn't take me anymore. So that was very frustrating considering all that went into that. So that is why I would be less likely to want other people to use you guys, because I wasted time to go down to the other location. And yeah, when I called it saying I was late, you guys could have just said turn around. No, we can't.

Just a great experience

When I scheduled the appointment initially I told the lady specifically that I do not want to get scaling done and that I only want a night guard that's why I'm making this appointment. She said okay and she'll put it in the notes. And I believe the very first time I visited Willamet in 2018 they put a note for same that I do prefer to get scaling done. But when I got there, x ray lady told me it's a scaling appointment and they won't take the impressions at this appointment and I would have to come back. I was very disappointed and confused that how did this happen. Since I recently found out from my ENT specialist that I have TMJ and realized that it causes problems in my neck and ears, I was really looking forward to getting a mouth guard and was not liking the idea of more wait. At first I refused to get an X-ray because of the confusion because I was not at all expecting what was being done and told to me, but then I said okay to X-ray. The denial hygienist who came in for scaling was rude - she said multiple times to me that she's got better things to do than to be there so at one point I asked her to leave if she doesn't want to be there to treat me. Then she at least was somewhat professional. She made so anxious and stressed that I forgot I had used the mirror when the dentist came and spoke with me. The lady who took my x-ray and the dentist himself were professional and understanding. When I made the follow up appointment I asked the lady at the desk to not have that dental hygienist ever be assigned to me for anything in the future. Communication really needs to be fixed and professionalism really needs to built up at Willamet.

Dr. Yang has been my dentist for over 12 years and Sue, the hygienist for over 6. THEY ARE THE BEST! They really really care about patient health. They make me feel like I am important and not just a statistic. They are very passionate and compassionate for the work that they do and always not only provide me with the best care but also the best guidance for oral care. The office staff are also always very nice and helpful! Who would have ever thought going to the dentist Is a pleasant experience

Dr. Yang is exceptional at his dental work, professionalism and patient-centered care. He is attentive to my questions and concerns and makes me feel safe and heard.

The only thing I don't like is the scheduling system. I should be able to make an appointment much earlier than the system allows.
