"Exceptional oral health extends far beyond the chair," states Dr. Yu, who promotes a preventative mindset. Preventative care, she says, can boost outcomes and minimize the need for treatment in the long term. It’s a philosophy she shares with Willamette Dental Group. She’s recognized for her kind nature and compassion, having always wanted a career where she could help people. This combined with innate dexterity, a love of science, and a natural problem-solving capability drew her into dentistry.<br><br>When she’s not at the office, she enjoys exploring new restaurants and engaging board games with friends such as Dixit and Splendor. Other favored pastimes include amateur photography and traveling.
