The music in the lobby is awful, I notice it every time. Appointments are hard to get, which is frustrating. The staff is great though (hygienists and dentists that is- I've had mixed experiences with office staff).

The cavity check appt was a waste of time. No xrays just some poking and 20 mins then done. I drove 30 minutes for a waste of time.

I liked the the provide spoke clear English and was a great listener, although the scheduling was a bit frustrating as they messed that up for us but it all got figured out in the end.

Fixed a broken tooth. When I made the follow up to get the crown, they had no record of the fitting/sizing for the crown when made the follow up appointment. So I had to schedule for a fitting and a placement, which both were three months out. That's a long time to wait.

They were kind and helpful.

Dr. Jang and the hygienist were both very professional, informative, and friendly.

Friendly, positive attitude from the entire staff. My child is a toddler and was not on his best as he had never seen a dentist before. He did not make it easy on them, and they handled it much better than I would have. Very impressed with their kindness and patience, greatly appreciate them and thank you for putting up with us!

I have been absolutely paranoid about the dentist for over 50 years. It doesn't matter how great this staff was last time, I was still too stressed to seem them for.... over 5 years. And yet, once again, they were pure gems. When I burst into tears, before I could utter a word there was a kleenex in my hand. When they were tending to details and speaking out loud, every word was positive, supportive, and encouraging. I am only scratching the surface in describing the positive impact they had on me.

Wisdom tooth extraction went quite well. Recuperation period went quickly and without issues. Well done!

Hi everybody, I always do such a great job at Willamette Dental. I was impressed with everybody from the front desk to my hygienist and my dentist. I think they explain things really well and clearly they're super friendly and are always willing to help out when needed.

They really care I'm glad I decided to go with Willamette this year I heard a lot of good things about them and that's why I chose to change over to Willamette and I'm glad I did.

When all offices were closed, they had one opening and only one provider and they still with me. That's awesome.

I was able to get a next day emergency appointment for a broken tooth. The providers listened carefully to the problem and were able to fix my tooth on the spot. They were very gracious toward my children while they waited through the procedure. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, and I am pleased with the results

I loved my Dentist on that day. She was very kind and responsive to my behavior as we went through the procedure. My dentist hums while She works and that made my heart better. As a musician, that was the best thing she could have done for me. Even though I was in pain, my dentist helped me to relax. My only problem is that I might have a different dentist on my next visit. I would prefer the one I had

Running late (about 40 minutes) and during my exam I was confused because she was taking about treatment needed and xrays and reviewing xrays (asking to bring up different ones) and then she told me I was good. I realized she was looking at and talking about a different patient the majority of the time. I figured this was her trying to catch up, which I can appreciate. But waiting 40 minutes past appt time and then having the doctor completely focused on someone else was not ideal.

When my tooth was being "rebuilt" the person doing the work didn't explain what was happening or about to happen. After a while it felt like the work being done was like building a deck instead of treating a patient. Otherwise all of my experiences there have been wonderful (as much as a trip to the dentist can be).... I recommend this practice.
