From the receptionist to the assistant and dentist everyone was extremely nice.

I had great experience with the front end : Hannah, Holly and Nicole and Dr Park. These people are customer care centered . They go above and beyond to do their job.

Having gone to both the Kent, WA and Puyallup WA Willamette. I 100% prefer the Puyallup one the best. Everyone that helped were amazing.

Nicole, Dr. Park, and everyone I contacted during my visit were great. When I arrived, the receptionist was clearly dealing with a frustrated person on the phone, but she handled it so amazingly well and was very professional. That's not easy to do. Thanks for a great visit.

Quick and easy and comfortable!

The room set-up doesn't provide privacy for the patients. I could hear the person located in the room behind me issues they were having. It was awkward.

The dentist gave me a mirror so I could see in my own mouth and showed me exactly what was going on and answered all my questions while I was able to watch her point out specifically an awesome plan. Dr. Park catered to my unique request... and she is truly one of a kind!

If there was one thing I would recommend. A fish tank scene playing on the ceiling to help us stay calm and relaxed while our teeth get worked on. Other than that. All is good.

Dr Park has an exceptional bedside manner. She is knowledgable and listens to her patients. We love her!

Appointments are always like 2-3 months booked and this issue needs to be addressed by either open on the weekends or longer hours.

Dr. Park was having a very hard time with a young patient... elementary aged I think. She was the epitome of grace and professionalism with him.

I always enjoy seeing Dr. Park at my assessments appointment. Happy to see Kyky again, it had been a while since I'd seen her. The staff at the front desk are always great. I have a good home dental routine going, and my hygienists and dentists are happy with my progress. Thanks for everything.

Staff was good about explaining steps they were doing and the purpose. Making appointments wish they schedule the next appointment before you leave.

The wait to get seen was longer than expected but that was due to a busy day. Providers were helpful and very nice.

Visit was great, got me in early and got everything taken care of in a timely fashion!!

I need to get in to my next appointment in 4-8 weeks and it's months before I can be seen. The provider doesn't speak to me directly. He talks to the assistant. He is short and curt with both the way he talks to the assistants and the patients he works with.

Tracey Park is an amazing dentist. She's quick but thorough. She's aware and helpful with my anxiety at the dentist. She's kind and explains well. And reminds about appointments at the end of the appointment.

I messed up and came thinking it was my cleaning appointment. Instead of making me reschedule for another visit to do my cleaning, the dentist did my cleaning herself because the hygienists had all gone home! I appreciated her flexibility and kindness so much!

Appreciated the dentist got to me in a timely manner and was helpful in looking into an issue i had with tooth sensitivity to cold. I have had to wait an unreasonably long time in the past, multiple times for our family, for the doctor to do the exam.

Kiki is an excellent hygienist with a gentle touch and supportive knowledge. Dr. Park is an exceptional dentist, a consummate professional, providing wonderful care. The team as a whole is cohesive and effective helping to create a healthy work environment.

I have lived all across this country and was a dental assistant myself for a decade, I was highly impressed with the doctor as well as the whole office. Phenomenal care. Even my older son commented how good it was.

The only thing would be the residue inside the glasses at the top they provided, not sure if was due to coming off the gloves of the worker or from a previous patient.

The dr and her staff are always friendly and go over everything before the start on any procedure. They don't rush to get it done they make sure the work is performed correctly. I've heard negative things about it from others, by my experience has been nothing but wonderful. I finally can smile without keeping my mouth closed. I appreciate all the hard work and care that has been offered to me.
