Dr. Welsch spends time getting to know her patients’ needs and continually strives to improve her knowledge, speed, and clinical skills. She recognizes the significance of patient-centered care and the value of tailoring treatment plans to every individual. She’s eager to contribute to Willamette Dental’s commitment to exceptional dental care and looks forward to making a positive impact on the community.
Dr. Welsch’s interest in dentistry began in childhood when she became intrigued by why teeth got loose and developed cavities. As she grew older, she constantly asked questions about dentistry and sought a deeper understanding of oral health. This initial feeling of curiosity transformed into a profound passion for patient education.
On the weekend, Dr. Welsch can be found at the park with her kids. She loves taking long walks and talking with her family.
