Dr. Welsch spends time getting to know her patients’ needs and continually strives to improve her knowledge, speed, and clinical skills. She recognizes the significance of patient-centered care and the value of tailoring treatment plans to every individual. She’s eager to contribute to Willamette Dental’s commitment to exceptional dental care and looks forward to making a positive impact on the community.<br><br>Dr. Welsch’s interest in dentistry began in childhood when she became intrigued by why teeth got loose and developed cavities. As she grew older, she constantly asked questions about dentistry and sought a deeper understanding of oral health. This initial feeling of curiosity transformed into a profound passion for patient education. <br><br>On the weekend, Dr. Welsch can be found at the park with her kids. She loves taking long walks and talking with her family.
