Dr. Hyatt’s Biography
Dr. Carrie Hyatt is a compassionate, reliable, and driven dentist who brings a patient-centered approach to every appointment. Originally from Yakima, WA, she was inspired by her own childhood dentist, whose kindness and connection with patients sparked her interest in the field. She also credits the confidence she gained from orthodontic treatment as a driving force behind her passion for helping others smile proudly.
Dr. Hyatt chose to join Willamette Dental because of the focus on preventive care and patient education, as well as the supportive team environment. She’s all about creating a calm space for patients—whether that means explaining each step, offering different ways to understand treatment, or letting patients listen to their favorite music during appointments.
When she’s not in the office, you’ll likely find her lounging by the pool with a good book and iced tea in the summer or cozied up with her two cats, Macaroni and Goose, for a movie night in the winter. And if there’s a concert nearby—she will likely be there!

Great staff members customer service starting from the receptionists until the end of my session and with the gal who worked great with me and my needs when I requested my days for next two visits.

The team I worked with were extremely compassionate and I appreciated that. Appt availability times are too long, I had to wait over a month to get my next appt., that's rough , especially considering it took a lot for me to start this process.

They got me in the same day for an emergency and everyone was very friendly and professional. Had to have my tooth pulled and the procedure was fairly quick with no issues after. Dentist and assistant were very kind and understanding.

Both of my kids saw Dr Hyatt today for their routine check up and cleaning. She was very patience and gentle with my kids. They both love her chair side manners. Ashley took x rays for both of my kids, did a such a great job, one shot perfect X-ray. Brittney the hygienist did my daughter's cleaning, and Ashley did my son's cleaning. Both did a great job. My kids had a wonderful experience. Thank you everyone.
