Your dental form had some interesting questions about gender and pronouns that quite frankly have nothing to do with getting my dental service. I found it quite disturbing.

Would like to be able to schedule my husband and I within 15 min of each other and not separated by 1 hr. It makes for a long day when I'm there for 2 hrs. And watching everyone going into there appt while I sit for an hour.

Everyone, the receptionists, the hygienist, and the dentist were very kind, professional, friendly, explained everything I needed to know clearly. They took their time to make sure I was taken care of.

Do not like being able to call the local office. I sometimes get caught in traffic leaving work on my way to an appt and would like to call the office to let them know... in those cases i dislike calling a central number a working through the prompts while driving.

Dr. Rhoten and the hygienist were all amazing! Both of my kids had a great experience and left feeling great about the appointments. He was very informative and friendly and I really appreciate how kind he was to my kids.

Was a walk in and they saw me with in 5 minutes so that was nice had a crown fall of and they took care of it really fast was out in 40 minutes all together

I came in there thinking this appointment was for a tooth extraction. I had a horrible tooth ache a couple weeks prior. And there was a miscommunication with the office.This appointment was actually for a filling. I was not aware and the Dr listened to me took extra time to look at my issue. When we both know...he really did not have the time. I appreciate him to the fullest. If he goes back to Richland. I might have to travel there. Thank you!

Dr. Rhoten is a excelent dentist. Im super high anxiety when it comes to detistry, he calmed my nerves and got me through the procedure. He is also quite the artist, he rebuilt my front teeth and its like they were never damaged. 10 out of 10 would recommend willamette and dr. Rhoten specifically. Thankyou willamette dental

It takes too long to get a appointment now days. But I guess that is because they are short on dentists.

Very quick, professional, and affordable is why I choose Willamette Dental. I cannot find that combination of dental care anywhere else.

My experience at this dentist is cold and impersonal. The office itself it always freezing cold and the dentist is not much better.

RHOTEN is one of the best providers I've ever had and by far the best of the Willamette clinics I've been to.

Hi, I'm in a restaurant. Didn't have a chance to think about this. I had a very good experience i had as per usual at Willamette Dental. Dr. Rhoten is wonderful, but he's not there permanently. He's just filling in, I believe. But I would recommend him and all the rest of the staff to anyone. Thank you.

Every experience I've had with my three kids here has been exceptional!

The hygienist was wonderful. Explained everything she was doing and what the measurements meant. First time ever that I had that explained to me.

The dentist was very nice, but the dental hygienist did not communicate with me at all during the process and at one point hit a nerve. I like it when the dental hygienist communicates with me in terms of where she's seeing plaque and how far we are into the process. It was a very unpleasant experience, even though she seemed like a nice person.

Friendly check in/check out team with big Smiles... Would have liked more fluoride on areas of concern (pre cavity locations). Would like the direct phone number to the local office rather than the willamette switch board. Tired of listening to a menu of choices to select the local office by pressing a number...

It would be nice not to have to drive over an hour away whenever we need a root canal or extraction done.

It is almost impossible to get a timely appointment. I broke a tooth in half and waited two weeks to get in. The dentist and employees were great. Timely appointments are a 1!!! out of 10. Very disappointed in how Willamette Dental runs there appointments scheduling.

It was great!! I have severe anxiety so a sooner follow up would have been nice. 2 months out to do follow up care gives me time to cancel due to high dental anxiety. Everything else was great. The hygienist listened to my concerns and medical issues. Even asked about pots and the table going up from a laying position.

Really frustrating that I was in extreme pain, drove an hour and a half to just be told I'd have to make an appointment somewhere else and I'd be getting charged $20 for a clinic visit. All that just to deal with another night of pain? No antibiotics or any sort of pain relief was given to me or advised for me to pickup on the way home.

So I really appreciated getting all my family in on the same day and that seems to work really nice but then it's a problem like once I'm there and then trying to navigate each of the rooms with each of my children and then being told to like stay out of the hallways. So I guess my question is either I don't book my kids all together so that I'm not like in people's way in the hallway or maybe I'm allowed like some kind of a hall pass especially if I have like three kids in three different rooms and I'm trying to figure out what the dentist is saying to each and every one of them. That's it.

I made an appointment for a free annual check up, including regular hygiene, at the Richland office because the front desk said I was due for annual check up. However, at the appointment, the hygienist told me that the procedure was a regular hygiene but they would charge me as a special treatment and within 5 years, every time my hygiene will be charged as special treatments. The hygiene service I received was different from my previous special maintenance treatment but same as a regular hygiene service. The hygienist did a great job on the hygiene procedure. After the hygiene, the dentist didn't examine me. It appears that I lost my benefit of a free annual check up. I don't agree that I lost my benefit of the free regular check up including a regular hygiene, x-rays and a dentist's examination.

I suffer from a lot of anxiety going to the dentist. That's not the case going to this office. Everyone was very kind. They took care of me. They were very respectful. And I really appreciated everyone that helped me. I will be going back and will be recommending.
