View scheduling hoursYou can find our Seattle North office on the Northwest corner of the intersection of Northgate Way and Meridian Ave. We’re right between North Seattle Community College to the South and Northwest Hospital to the North. Our office is just on the other side of I-5 from Northgate Mall.

Office hours can vary week to week but most offices have appointments available Monday through Friday from 7am to 5:30pm with rotating Saturday appointments available as well.
Certified translation services, including auxiliary aides and services for members with disabilities, are available at no cost in all languages and American Sign Language upon request.

Appointment scheduling hours
Most offices offer appointments Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Select offices also offer Saturday appointments on a rotating basis.
Wait times vary based on your provider choice and dental office location. We try our best to accommodate you.
Our Appointment Center is open to assist you during the following hours:
- Monday – Friday: 7 AM to 5:30 PM PT
- Saturday: 7 AM to 1PM PT
