Very good experience. I chipped my front tooth in middle of the night and called at 7am for an appt. I was seen at 2pm and out by 2:20pm. Painless fix. It looks great. Dentist was fantastic.

Hello, let's see. When I went to the office, the staff was wonderful, very kind and professional. I got in to see Dr. Davies in a timely manner. He is by far one of the best dentists I've ever been to because he's very kind. He listens to what I have to say and he's very, very, very caring. And his staff is also great. They're also very kind and they listen. They're professional and they'll answer my questions. And oh, and above all, a little squeamish going to the dentist of what they're going to do. He totally puts you at ease. And so does his assistant. It's just a really good experience. And they're really wonderful. I recommend them to anybody. Thank you.

My daughter hates needles. Both the dentist and his assistant listened and continued without having to use a needle to numb her mouth. Thankfully it wasn't a deep cavity and they were able to fix it without a needle. Thank you

My dental hygienist was the best that I have experienced, in her efficiency, kindness, professionalism and the care she delivered. Dental appointments are very stressful for me, and her manner and treatment alleviated much of my customary stress.

Please check my chart prior to procedure and be aware of previous treatment/tooth history before attempting to do ANY procedure. I had a temp crown that had a different bond on it which required cutting and removing vs pulling it off which was the initial attempt.

I am always pleased by the care I receive at Willamette Dental.

I'm used to my dental hygienist talking to me in a conversational way, so it was less friendly to have someone being pretty much silent. I did let her know that I was not use to some of the tools and I asked if she would tell my daughter about them, a young adult rowing me. She did and my daughter had a great experience. I really appreciate that!

Beautiful job repairing my tooth. You can't even tell. Both the Dr. and his asst. had a great sense of humor, immediately put me at ease.

hygienist is a favorite

Very good experience with everyone I encountered during my visit. I have pain in one of my teeth and they made sure not to make it worse by using water or air on the area so I stayed pain free and comfortable.

Dr. Davies was quick and gentle during my procedure. His assistant was also very caring and attentive.

I have always had a fear of the dentist and had some pretty bad experiences, but this was painless and the best experience I have ever had . I look forward to the next one.

I advised the dental team I had sensitive gums due to sensory issues. They were very gentle with my gums.

I wonder if dentist would remove mask and glasses before procedure so we can talk face to face. Helps build trust

I hate going to the dentist and put it off as long as possible. My appointment this week was awesome!!! The staff in the Silverdale office are so nice, and calm, and happy, and smart! I can't say enough good things about them.

This was my first visit to Williamette Dental so my opinion about the practice is limited. I would prefer there be more privacy between the rooms as I could mostly see/hear everything that was happening b/w the spaces.

Dr. Davies was extremely proffesional and knowledgeable about my concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs dental care.

Had my teeth cleaned and then sat for a half hour to wait for the dentist. He spent less than 3 minutes with me to tell me I needed a crown and got up and left.

Wonderful people work here. They have a sense of humor, are happy to go the extra mile for me .... I did not even have to ask!

Professional, thorough, respectful careful and nearly painless (novacaine injections I have never enjoyed but were more localized than before than I remembered).

I am concerned that it takes 3 months to get an appointment to get an appointment non routine care needs. I really appreciate my dental clinic staff and doctors but my consider finding a clinic with more availability.

I had an urgent situation and they were able to get me in early in the morning the next day and I really appreciate the speed and kind of service

Wasn't able to identify which tooth was causing pain. Didn't follow through with endodontist scheduling. Pain unrelieved, and worsening. Hard to understand how a patient can be dismissed that is pain so clearly and no follow through in tip of that. First poor experience I've ever had at willamette.

My dental assistant was absolutely Phenomenal, she gave me a blanket because I get cold easily and let me rest as much as possible when I had so little sleep to begin with.

Hygienist was excellent

Well they wanted me to be there in a timely manner but they opened late.

It was great in all areas. The only negative was that I had to wait for several weeks for the first time appt. I was not in immediate need however. The staff were all very professional and friendly and their music was the best!

I'm glad I got the care I needed in a timely manner. It takes too long to reach out to the office to go through the main call center, that's why my rate is 8.

Dr Davies and the hygentist (sorry I don't remember her name) were incredibly patient, good natured and were responsive to my needs. I'm very grateful!
