I had a crown pop off , and I stopped in to see if I could get scheduled for an appointment. They worked with me right then and there, and I was fixed up at no charge in less than half an hour. I've had good experiences like this all along.

I ALWAYS have an AMAZING experience! I have been going to Willamette Dental in Silverdale of many years and I would recommend them to anyone who wants great service by a wonderful and friendly staff!

The hygienist I had was fantastic. She was friendly, courteous, and one of the best I've had.

I receptionist knew who I was as soon as I walked in. I was a 10 minutes early and they called me right away. The new dentist was kind and quick. I definitely appreciate everyone at the Silverdale location

Efficient visit and Dr. is very friendly and kind!

My experience was fine. But the person that did my x-rays was not experienced. She seems like she was learning, since the person was there to guide her. Also, charting took a long time because she was learning that too. I was pressed for time because I needed to go to my job after the appointment. Everything else was good though.

Give a heads up about paperwork before the appointment. Most people don't have all that info on them when going to a dental appointment.

I felt like everyone in the office was friendly and interested in my dental health.

It was my daughters first time at the dentist, and it was not under great conditions (tooth pain and really bad cavity). I was really worried that, with this being her first ever visit, there would be a lot of pain and she would later hate the dentist because of it. I couldn't have been more wrong! She LOVED going to the dentist. She loved getting her teeth cleaned, and she loved how friendly everyone was. She had so much fun that she is still talking about it. She can't wait to go back for her follow-up treatments.

As always Willamette in Silverdale is the very best. My husband has Alzheimers and they treat him so kind and gentle and patient.

Everyone at the dentist office, and the place you call to make appointments. Are more than expected for the help I needed.

Good experience

The reason I may not recommend has nothing to do with staff. They were all ultimately professional and kind. I am disappointed in how hard it is to make an appointment. Willamette needs another office in Kitsap county.

I came in with 2 very infected teeth. I was in a lot of pain and very anxious about going to the dentist in general. Dr. Liu and his staff were professional and so kind. They made a difficult situation much easier and I will absolutely be back. They didn't make me feel ashamed or embarrassed about the situation and I can't overstate how much that meant to me.

I found everyone to be very helpful in the procedures as I am a very nervous patient. They all made me very comfortable and came to the pain level where I can manage it quite well and I'm very happy with the work that was done and will be back soon to have work done. Thank you.

Staff and DR Liu are nice, informative, and knowledgeable. Only wish appointments could be a little sooner.

It would really help if you guys aren't booked out two months. It's hard to get in there and get anything done, not unless you have a medical emergency on your teeth. Other than that, everything's okay. But last time I went there, I was rushed right through the system and just checked on one tooth and then that was it. Didn't take me any time other than you know, I lost a day at work.

Next appointments need to be made at end of visit. I don't like this "we'll call you for your next appointment a few weeks before. " i had to wait an extra 2 months for the next available time.

Liu was very careful to warn me before she raised or lowered the back of the chair. I have a very badly ripped up neck and back and doing the chair too fast is very, very painful. She was careful to avoid that. She listened to me when I had a question or when I felt pain and she was very responsive.

Absolutely amazing! I'm an extremely picky person and this Willamette dental practice in Silverdale is over the top amazing from the dentist to the hygienist. Everything was excellent . One Couldn't ask for a better experience. From cleanliness of the dental areas , experience and knowledge.... I could go on and on all day.

Getting an appointment is an issue. I have called several times and was told all of the just released appointments had been taken. I never got a call to schedule.

Front staff were amazingly nice and professional, not to mention the DA's. The DA's and Hygienist were very courteous and knowledgeable, made my visit very satisfying. Dr. Liu was amazing, I have been coming to see him for years and am very satisfied with the work. Dr. Liu is an outstanding Dentist! Thank you!

They are short staffed and we have to wait months to get in, which is extending his braces time by months. We also have a long travel time between practices and it's a pain to coordinate, because ortho is no longer provided in Silverdale.

Kind and caring staff

The doctor was very helpful in me getting the treatment I need to help with my teeth and the nurses where so helpful in knowing was was going to be done and were so nice . And I love the front office people they know you by name when coming in .

The team is always on schedule and courteous. Getting an appointment with the dentist has been a little tricky as they're down to one dentist. However, I understand they have another one starting soon.

My dental hygienist was fantastic. Doctor Liu could've slowed down and spent like an extra 30 seconds with me instead of yanking my mouth around, he needs to be slightly more gentle. But he was still very kind, just some constructive feedback.

Everytime I see Dr. Liu and his team I am so impressed! They hear me and work to provide me with the best dental care given my medical issues. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Worth the trip. We are from out of town and nearest office is little than an hour away. Very informative and very thorough... Told me about my teeth grinding and my bite, and asked me has anyone told you about this before?. I said no .my last dentist office kept changing dentist every other year. Anyway we decided to go with Willamett. Due to recommendations from Co workers.. And I glad we did. Very professional and great people.

I used to have significant anxiety going to dentists until I started going to Willamette. It took three visits, but after the third visit, my anxiety was completely gone and I have stayed with Willamette ever since and it's been several years now. I appreciate their professionalism, cleanliness, their overall compassion and gentleness. I also like the location. Thank you.

My only issue with the appointment was at the end the Dentist put a fluoride gel on my teeth, it would have been fine except he didn't ask permission or even say what he was going to do until the gel was already being applied. Consent is very important to me and he should have said what he was going to do/ask before doing it.
