So relaxing when Dr. Douma hums I have high anxiety at dentist office and this helps a lot.

Took a while to be seen but my appointment was classified as an "emergency" appointment so they fit me in . Normally it's usually fast and efficient and it still was once he came to see me . Thank you.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. Hygienist was very informative The dentist took the time to explain the root canal procedure and why it will be difficult with the tooth

I was ˜10 minutes late due to a GPS glitch and the staff still got me through my appointment. They were super friendly about it and were as thorough as ever.

I came in for a chipped tooth. In about an hour I was out with all repairs complete and the tooth is looks like nothing happened.

Routine checkup, but it was a great experience! The dentist and assistant were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Very good.

I got in quickly and was prescribed an antibiotic but I have not slept in three days I can't even get 5 min relief from the pain. I can't only take Tylenol and does not help. I would have loved for them just to numb me for the day so I could sleep and have some relief while antibiotics kick in.

I'm tired of having my blood pressure taken with a wrist blood pressure cuff. I would think that if they were really concerned about a person's blood pressure they would use sphygmomanometer for an accurate reading.

This group, from the receptionist, hygienist, to the Doctor are friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. The physical environment is clean, organized, and welcoming. We have been a part of Willamett Dental for over 20 years and have never had an issue.

I appreciated being able to be seen so quickly at this provider, since my usual provider couldn't see me for 1 1/2 weeks. I felt this location had a nicer vibe to it. The staff are friendly and upbeat. The appointment was streamlined and quick, yet took care of all my needs. The doc & assistant did a great job with my treatment.

Dr. Douma is very personable and attentive and the assistant was very professional and attentive to her work detail.

I always get the sense that Mr. Douma genuinely likes what he does. That's why I drive the extra distance.

The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very gentle and didn't hurt me. I've had several that were very painful. Office staff was kind and knowledge. Could ask for anything more at all.

I think the hygienist was great! The dr. Could probably use a little more practice with children, or at least get doctor that seems like they enjoy working with kids and helps with making them comfortable. Just didn't really seem kids was his specialty. Everyone else was perfect!

My kids should not have been seen at this dentist without me because I'm their Mom. I've called and informed the office of this twice yet they still went in, despite a court order. Highly unprofessional.

Every member of staff I spoke to was friendly and cheerful

It is difficult to get ahold of someone over the phone - wait times have been over 15 minutes when I have called on different dates and at different times. It seems like the ladies at the front desk have plenty of down time where they could be answering phones . I have sat in the waiting room many times waiting for my kids appointments and have heard lots of small talk and I always just think man, it would be nice if they were answering phones for people trying to get through on the phone rather than just sending everyone to one central line.

It was an excellent experience, I just put on my shades, leaned back, and enjoyed the epic adventures of dental hygiene -from skilled professionals.

They were amazing and supportive. They didnt shame me for not seeing the dentist for so long but did stress the importance. They fixed my problem quickly and got me set up for a follow-up appt.

The heigenist was excellent! I have some sensitive spots and she didn't hit a single one. A totally pain free visit. It was like I didn't visit the dentist. All the staff was very kind and attentive. I give them a 5 out of 5 star rating.

Everybody in that office was extremely professional, extremely nice, from the front desk workers to the gal who handled my x-rays to the dental hygienist, all the way up to the dentist. Everybody explained everything, made sure that all of my needs were met, and took care of me in a very wonderfully professional way. I cannot speak more highly of staff that is at the Willamette dental office there on Argonne and Spokane Valley.
