What a professional, friendly and well run staff. This was my first visit and I was very impressed.

Dr. Douma went above and beyond fixing my tooth that I indicated had an issue as well as another that I hadn't noticed. He is very gentle when doing work and makes a very positive experience.

Every member of staff I spoke to was friendly and cheerful

It is difficult to get ahold of someone over the phone - wait times have been over 15 minutes when I have called on different dates and at different times. It seems like the ladies at the front desk have plenty of down time where they could be answering phones . I have sat in the waiting room many times waiting for my kids appointments and have heard lots of small talk and I always just think man, it would be nice if they were answering phones for people trying to get through on the phone rather than just sending everyone to one central line.

It was an excellent experience, I just put on my shades, leaned back, and enjoyed the epic adventures of dental hygiene -from skilled professionals.

They were amazing and supportive. They didnt shame me for not seeing the dentist for so long but did stress the importance. They fixed my problem quickly and got me set up for a follow-up appt.

The heigenist was excellent! I have some sensitive spots and she didn't hit a single one. A totally pain free visit. It was like I didn't visit the dentist. All the staff was very kind and attentive. I give them a 5 out of 5 star rating.

I haven't been to dentist in over twenty years. Yesterday's appointment was everything I had hoped for in receiving an assessment of my future dental health. Everybody in that office was extremely professional, extremely nice, from the front desk workers to the gal who handled my x-rays to the dental hygienist, all the way up to the dentist. Everybody explained everything, made sure that all of my needs were met, and took care of me in a very wonderfully professional way. I cannot speak more highly of staff that is at the Willamette dental office there on Argonne and Spokane Valley.

Originally, many years ago, I went to the northside office. I wasn't completely happy there, so switched to the valley office. I have always been very happy with the valley office. Great team.

Praised me for not having cavities

I was very impressed with the dental hygienist. She is very good at her job. I mentioned having mouth pain and sensitivity and she was very gentle while still getting the work she needed to get done completed. Dr. Douma is always very professional and kind, explains things well. I enjoy coming here and bringing my family.

You can improve by making appointments more available. There are no appointments a month out. I had to delay my appointment because everything was full.

It doesn't get better than Dr. Douma and his hygienists. They are attentive, thoughtful, and always take time to carefully explain how my teeth and gums are looking. They answer all my questions and help me weigh my options when making decisions about my treatment plans. I drive from Chewelah to see them and will never go anywhere else.

Gentle care, fast but efficient service

I had a great experience with all the providers at this office.

I will need a root canal that needs someone to approve it which is a hiccup (unanticipated delay) to my care. I am still pending that call back to schedule.
