The hygienist was amazing! Very detailed, took her time, and did meticulous work. She gave me tips on more effective brushing techniques. Dr. Perry is great! He does great work as well and I have a follow up appointment scheduled to replace a crown that is failing.

Most improved, they need to take x-rays on your teeth. I didn't get no x-rays. That's the only thing I would say. I would get x-rays for cavities and that. That's the only thing I would say. But Dr. Perry is one of the best doctors ever and it was excellent. His partner was there and she was great too. So I had a very good experience. Thank you.

My hygienist was very informative and thorough. They reviewed my paperwork prior and made sure I was comfortable during my visit.

GREAT TEAM FROM FRONT OFFICE TO BACK.

This was first filling (replacement) I've had in years, and was surprised and so happy with the new process and material. It was quick and from what I remember of the old school silver filling this was much less painful or uncomfortable.

My appointment was definitely a 5 Star visit and the dental provider was skilled, patient and overall; exceptional.

I came in to schedule an appointment and was able to get in immediately due to a cancelation. Dumb luck for me. Everyone was great. I had to schedule 4 apts for 4 weeks bc I couldn't get apts together. Very annoying.

This place is great the only issue I have is the schedule is so far out usually to be seen.

MJ was great. Her calm, friendly demeanor combined with her gentleness and efficiency made my cleaning session a pleasant experience. Dr. Perry was quite informative about my teeth, and addressed all my concerns. I appreciated his in-depth, but understandable, explanations. There was also another technician whose name escapes me, but she had long, braided red hair. She was also quite helpful, and I felt like the team as a whole was kind and cohesive. The scheduler and the front desk person were also fast and fantastic. All-in-all, my visit was top notch from the moment I walked in the door. Your text reminders are also INCREDIBLY helpful. I can't always answer my phone or listen to a voicemail, so having a text reminder I can glance at is perfect! I'm actually looking forward to my next dentist appointment.

I want to say that the dental hygienist, the dentist, and the people up front, and also calling for appointments, I would say be a 10. I'm so glad to be able to be a part of the dental service that you guys give, so kudos.

Both the dentist AND dental assistant were great. The dentist was informative, helpful, and explained what was going to happen. The dental assistant that brought me to my chair was extremely friendly, upbeat, friendly, and outgoing. Please make sure to give her a shout-out as iny experience, these staff members don't always get the credit they deserve.

They were very compassionate and caring and gentle and providing service for me. I've had really horrible experiences in the past with previous dental providers, but Willamette and Dr. Perry and his team have done an excellent job.

Dr Perry, as always, is an amazing provider! He patiently listens and goes over all the options for treatment. I had a hygienist today that I had not had before and I was very happy with her work, would love to see MJ again in the future!

The only thing I really dislike is the whole phone tree situation. It's super annoying!!!

Dr. Perry explains every aspect of the procedures he's performing. Interventions are pain free and expedient. I don't believe I've ever had a better dentist!

STaff is always super friendly and helpful, hygienist and assistant were prompt, friendly and helpful. Denist is always respectful, friendly and helpful.

Appointment was great. The only part I find annoying is being asked three different times to take a survey.

Great bedside manner

Went into the local office to find out why I got a text message stating that I needed to make an appointment when I had already had one. Was informed that the appointment that I had was cancelled. It would be nice to be informed about the cancellation instead of just telling me that I needed to make a appointment.

I usually go to the N. Spokane location but was able to get in to the valley one. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. I had been able to be on a cancelation list and got in sooner for my toothache. The only thing I have against Willamette Dental in general is that you need to be able to respond to urgent issues sooner.

Things are getting done. Just seems like everything is always pushed out months and have to have multiple appoints when it could be in fewer appointments

They hygienist who cared for me in this visit was AMAZING. I'm embarrassed that I can't remember her name. She is normally at Pullman, and was only working in Spokane for a few days, but I would drive to Pullman for future visits to schedule with her again. Give her a raise, or whatever you need to do to make her very happy to stay at Willamette.

Appointments book our very far in advance so the office should reach out earlier before a patient is due for their checkup so they can actually get in close to their annual date.

Just as it's important to build a relationship with the dentist, the hygienist is also important. Yet, it's often difficult to schedule time with a particular hygienist, or at least has been in the past.

Yes, I really appreciated being able to get in as soon as I was able to based on the discomfort I was going through. Everybody that was at the office and had any assistance with my care, definitely a five-star experience as far as Dr. Perry, incredible dentist, caring, sincere, and very knowledgeable. I would say that not a lot of people like going to the dentist, and I wouldn't be, I'd probably be one of those.

Everything about my appointment was good except scheduling an appointment. There was almost two months between calling for the appointment and the appointment. Would like to think I could get in sooner.

The Spokane Valley Clinic is amazing from the minute you walk in till you leave. Their front desk staff is amazing. Their hygienists, their assistants, and their dentists are all just wonderful to deal with. I am someone who absolutely hates the dentist and has had terrible experiences and therefore probably don't do the best I should and they are just amazing.

I had my very busy body son with me and my hygienist was amazing with him! The way she talked to him, let him do things with her, and was so patient with him! It made my experience and visit completly less stressful and fun! Thank you!!!!

My hygienist was amazing, gentle, and extremely thorough. Doctor and hygienist was flawless.

It wasnt just the dentist that was so comforting. Literally, everyone i worked with. Precious, MJ, Dr Perry and the scheduler. Every one of them made me feel very comfortable. I am TERRIFIED to goto the dentist. It had been almost 7 years. All of them were calm, caring, answered all my questions. They were very careful in my mouth. Extra Gentle and worked effeciently but slowly as to not make me any more uncomfortable. Thank you all!!!!

Good team work to keep the appointment time minimal

The DDS and his hygienist were extremely friendly and helpful and they were able to fix my broken tooth and thankfully save it.

Was scheduled as a new patient and told to show up 15 minutes prior to my appointment which was scheduled for 12:20. I followed instructions, only to be met at the door with a note that everyone was on a lunch break and wouldn't open until 12:20. So being told to show up early is unbeneficial and time consuming when the office isn't even open. Upon opening, was greeted by an individual who didn't know if my paperwork submitted online was in the system, leading to further delays in my appointment even beginning. Once finally through the door, my appointment went well, speedy and no hiccups.

Had to wait for the dentist a bit, but overall good.

We love Dr. Perry. He's a very good dentist and makes the kids feel great about going to the dentist. And I also enjoy seeing him. He makes the dentist not scary and not enjoyable, but it's not scary, so that's good.

This was a great visit! It was kind of an emergency appointment and they were fitting me in but I never felt rushed or that they were cutting corners to get me out. The doctor and assistant were very friendly and professional.
