Everyone from front staff to the back are wonderful. Dr Adjaj is always perfect with his assistant Keona. Had a big procedure but it went great and I felt so much better afterwards. Hats off to the mill Plain staff!

Friendly and professional

The staff were nice, but I think the building is in a bad location and the inside is very outdated. There was no color and felt very stark and uninviting. No Tv to watch while getting teeth cleaned and nitrous was not readily available unless specified beforehand. My experience was meh. I probably will go somewhere else next time.

Dr Adjaj is amazing. He treats conservatively before jumping to drastic measures and I appreciate that. I got an appointment right the next day and that was fantastic. I'm very impressed with the Mill Plain office in general.

For anxiety ridden patients, is not for to charge for laughing gas... I've spent most of my life knowing that I will have that to chill me out...but since be required to switch to willamete, now get charged. It's prevented me from being regular with appointments

I got lucky enough to get the appointment that I did, as the next available er appointment was almost a month out. Please have more ER appointments available as often things happen over the weekend and patients need to be seen rather than have to wait a few days or more for an appointment.

Marie is the best dental hygienist and Dr. Adjaj is wonderful.

The hygienist forgot to polish the left upper quadrant of my teeth. As I was new to her, I wasn't comfortable saying anything.

The doctor at this clinic is very polite and professional in his field. I have been getting my teeth treated by this doctor for many years and I am always very pleased with the result!!! 10 out of 10 points!!!

Dr Adjaj and Jewel are the dream team. They are amazing as well as everyone in the office from up front all the way to the back staff.

The team got me in on short notice and all were extremely professional and courteous...

They were all awesome and also the dental technician was super kind to my gums. I have crowded teeth and others have just jammed the dental floss into my gums and made them bleed from the sheer force they had to use to get the floss through me teeth then blamed my lack of flossing for their own mistakes. This one didn't do that. She knew what she was doing and didn't traumatize my poor mouth. So at the. End of the appointment, my mouth felt clean and undamaged! Best appointment ever!!!

This was one of my best visits over the last 25 years. While I don't go as often as I need, my Dentist was fun and fixed my teeth perfectly (two lost fillings over a 3year period my procrastination).

My dentist numbed me perfectly when he pulled my tooth. My tooth was stubborn and came out in 3 pieces. I ended up having pain before he removed the last root and he numbed me again in the area. He was patient, kind, and super funny. His assistant was so sweet and patient with me. They worked very well together.

Once I got there, they were excellent.

I had a question about my crown, my dentist saw me for no longer than 7 minutes, it was obvious he was rushing through end of day patients, it felt like my concerns were not really addressed. He was basically like "oh, it's just this" and on to the next patient.

Your office is at a complete stand still and cannot handle the patient load it has. It is almost criminal to have the staff try and accommodate and keep all the patients happy. You have absolutely no business taking on new patients when you can't see the ones you already have.

Stop overbooking, provide timely appointments and there is too much hurrying doing meager service even after keeping us await for beyond supposed time

They didn't start treatment until 35 minutes past my appointment time. No one came to check in and communicate that there was a delay. I literally almost walked out as there was no communication at all. A cursory apology was made, but it did make me late to my next appointment

It is extremely difficult to get an appointment, it takes months. A lot of times stuff they could do then and there they make you come back three to six months later which I don't like. They seem to push and push and push for having caps or crowns when it doesn't always seem necessary. I'm not really happy with the service. It has definitely gone downhill in the last few years.

My experience was wonderful. I really liked the staff. They took really good care of me. I had been in an accident earlier the week before, and they made sure that my neck and my back were comfortable, and they really just provided me with everything that I needed. They got me into my appointment within the same day, and just really, really happy, and very happy that they are my dental network now. So yes, I will refer them, and yes, I will say great things at my company about them. So thank you so much.

Reception workers are very helpful when checking in or asking questions about documentation.

I lost a filling, and I called to see if the office could fit me in. They gave me a "waiting appointment" the next day to come in and wait until a dentist had a moment to look at my issue. But it turned out they had a cancellation, so they could get me in for a regular appointment the next day. Great!
