The appointment slot for me kept getting cancelled over and over. I did not appreciate that, but once there and they finally allowed me to keep my appointment time, my experience was great. They really need to allow people to keep their appointment slots.

My hygienist was patient and compassionate. She respected my PTSD face trauma triggers, which she diligently avoided or prepared me for when they couldn't be avoided; not something I've experienced before. The gentleman assistant was the same when doing my x-rays & prepping me. Dr. Flemming was clear & took time to thoroughly explain my jaw problem & remedies. He, too, was respectful of my PTSD. These people are a RARE find, for which I am very grateful. My first experience & now this 2nd time have sealed this office as my permanent dentistry.

i was emergency appt. the employees were very patient and professional in their attitudes. I was very anxious but the dentist was attentive and very efficient with my extraction. I didnt like the 3 shots in my gums but I thank the Williamette Dental for being so accomodating to my immediate needs at such a critical time for me.

That was the best experience I've had there. The dental assistant Jing was very thorough when taking X-rays, the dental hygienist was very kind and understanding to my tooth sensitivity. Dr. Flemming listened to my concerns and took the time to explain things to me. I really appreciated that and my visit was great.

I was stunned at how attentive and professional everyone was. The demeanor of the hygienist, anesthesiologist and dentist made the entire process so much less stressful. I was incorrect w where I thought my issue was located, but the dentist quickly located the real source of the problem. I was also SO appreciative that they were able to make time for me on the same day that I called because the pain was severe. I don't think I have ever been this impressed w a medical office before!

It was an emergency situation. We were able to get in soon, but we had to wait 3 hours to see the dentist. It would have been better if we could have been put on call and we could have been there in 15 minutes.

By far the worst dental experience I've ever had. Extremely unprofessional & the lack of regard for care is insane!

I appreciated the communication about what to expect. As a neurodivergent person, I think you can up your game for visual supports in making your space less clinical and more warm. Your trauma informed care is decent, but could be great with some minor improvements.

Yeah, the doctor was very nice and all the nurses who helped me also very, very nice and very informative. And also go on extra mile and suggested, you know, more treatment, which I was not thinking of. Thank you very much.

I wish there was more knowledge on how to manage dental anxiety in patients. Weighted blankets would be super appreciated as well as calming music. I brought my own as well as other tools to soothe me but I've had a lot of dental trauma due to terrible providers

Everyone at the facility is excellent, but trying to schedule an appointment without months long wait is awful for the child.

I had three providers that day. I had a dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth and she did pretty darn well. I had the dentist himself who did well and listened to my needs. And I had one assistant who was sort of rough and not very gentle, especially with some of the tools to suction out of my mouth. I just thought it should be noted that the assistant was a little bit rougher than what was comfortable. And I wanted to make note of that. Okay, thank you. Otherwise, the care was good.

Dr Flemming, Danica and Sindy gave me excellent care. Danica took painless and excellent X-rays and Sindy has such a gentle hand with her cleanings. Dr Flemming was very informative and was comforting to me when he found my lozenge on the rough of my mouth and didn't make me feel judged .I really love my care team and provider I would highly recommend them

I want you to know that I had a far above expectation experience. The staff was very attentive, professional and punctual. Each team member went out of their way to offer assistance. The entire office seemed joyous to be there and each individual was a stand out as well as the team. Who goes to the dentist and tells you they are thrilled with the service and skill they received? I just did!
