I had a bad experience with another location this past August so therefore I was apprehensive on this appointment but my experience was absolutely beautiful, I felt heard and understood and respected but honestly I have always had nothing but positive experiences with this particular location and because of it I will continue my dental journey with this location. I'm deeply happy with my experience and others in this profession could really learn a few things from this team..I am grateful.

on 4/4 i had a consultation about dentures and the time it would take. Now I have to wait another 2 to 3 weeks for approval to pull teeth. Why wasn't this taken care of back in April? Why would they request approval for dentures without approval for pulled teeth? The deadline of December 31 does not look like it's going to be made like I was told.

Mr. Jackie or the providers was fun and his helper, she was excellent. They were fun to talk to. I understood a lot more than when I came out and I think they were going to be just fine for anybody. Thank you.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Mr. Jacky! This isn't my first denture, but I can say without hesitation- even though I haven't even received it yet- it will be the best one I've had! Mr. Jacky is very conscientious, detail oriented, and actually listens to his clients! I am beyond grateful to Willamette Dental for approving my full set of dentures. This is going to make a world of difference with my anxiety and confidence. I only wish I could get them sooner, but I understand that extraction appointments take a lot of time and therefore are harder to schedule. I really appreciate that you have a cancellation list. Even if I don't get a call to come in earlier, it won't be because you didn't try.

Dr. Jacky and his team were amazing! I was nervous about the whole thing, and they let me ask my questions and answered each one thoroughly. I'm very grateful that WD has all 3 of them on the team of professionals at this juncture of care. They really did alleviate my nervousness and concerns for the parts of my procedure they will be handling. Thank you for having them on board. You need to be able to get into appointments at a timely matter. It should not take over a month to get in.

I am SEVERELY allergic to mint. At my last visit a tech put something minty in my mouth before I could speak up about it....I called in, made sure this is noted in my chart and spoke to a supervisor about it...so PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME....WHY was the FIRST thing that happened at this appointment was someone handing me a MINT mouthwash and telling me to rinse with it? You guys are going to seriously injure or KILL someone if you don't teach your staff to check for allergies BEFORE HANDING THINGS TO PATIENTS!!!!!!!

Starting from the check in folks at the front desk to meeting Karissa and Jeffrey Jacky ...every single person was kind, helpful and very professional. I felt seen, heard and respected. I am grateful for Willamette Dental.

I'm assuming this is the Salem office I'm thinking, but I haven't seen you in a while. So my appointment I just had with my dentist went well, and we decided to pull the rest of my teeth. They referred me back to you, and I was needing to get a hold of the Salem office that helped me prior. And so I guess I will be contacting you tomorrow and lining up having that done. So I'll give you a call then.

Dr. Jackie and his assistant were absolutely wonderful. I don't know a better denturist than Dr. Jackie. He is absolutely great. I would definitely recommend him to anybody. He has the best bedtime manner. He is very knowledgeable, makes me feel very comfortable, just a great person all around. And his assistants as well as all staff are very, very good with everything that they do there.

Kym, Kasandra and Dr. Jacky are excellent and have provided top quality service and care since day one of my journey with them, almost a year ago.

Mr Jacky and his team are amazing. I heard from my dentist that he was a perfectionist and he truly is! He is making sure my dentures fit perfectly after my extractions and he and his assistant were thorough in their instructions on how to care both for my new dentures and my mouth (which was/is a bit battered after having almost all my teeth extracted).

Everyone I was in contact with at this office was friendly and kind! Looking forward to my dental care there.

Excellent job

Both Denturist and Assistant were kind and knowledgeable. When I had to make an appointment with my Albany office the front desk was quick and easy. I wish the front desk person asked to book the follow up appointment with the denturist though. I realized the oversight and called and made the appointment on my own.

When we entered the office, we were greeted. Everyone from the reception desk to the checking out process was absolutely wonderful. They heard us, they made us feel welcome. It was an amazing experience. I greatly appreciated the doc. He listened to what we had to say, he heard me, gave me recommendations to, you know, to help with things. My visit with Dr Jacky at Beaverton office was great and would recommend him and his assistant was very nice and friendly and answered all of my questions

I use to not like going to the dentist however all the dentist providers have made it a good experience.

Even though the process was lengthy, my dentures are fantastic to have. Dr. Jacky heard my story about why I wanted them sooner rather than later, and put priority on it since he now knew the importance of them. It wasn't just cosmetic, it was for genuine health purposes. Since getting them, I've been getting nothing but compliments on how good I look with them. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Dr. Jacky is one of the most talented denturists in the entire industry. You are extremely lucky to have him. I would give him a raise if I were you.

My only issue is the length of time between when my dentures are completed and the appointment to have remaining teeth pulled and the denture inserted.

The doctor only showed me the bottom of the tooth (unreadable), he didn't show me the actual teeth. I signed a paper there without showing the false teeth properly.
