I forgot the name of the doctor that pulled my tooth. I can't tell what anyone does with me while being under anesthesia. Not a bit of pain when the anesthesia wore off. Excellent job, amazing job. I didn't take anything for the pain, which is a clear sign of absolutely best work. I'm lucky I had this doctor work on me and you should be the happiest to have him on your team. Great overall experience.

Everyone who helped my son took the time to explain things to him in such a clear and friendly manner. In fact, when we were walking through the parking lot he told me how much fun he had at the dentist.

Was the easiest, most efficient visit to the dentist yet! The handoffs between care team members was seamless. Ruben's teeth cleaning was quick and surprisingly painless. My third visit with Dr. Yashar, he was kind as always, and invited any and all dental related questions I may have. Appreciate his time and patient care.

The doctor and his assistant Rachel were so amazing! I went in to get a check up on my teeth and they told me I can just get my wisdom teeth, pulled there. I was so scared, but Rachel definitely calmed me down and talked me through the whole procedure along with the doctor. They were great !

I've never had a bad experience there, and I've been going for a couple of years now. Everyone is very nice and considerate. They listen, and are gentle when working on my teeth. I use to be scared to go to the dentist, but not here. It's the best and I would recommend it to anyone.

This is the first time in all these years coming here that I was actually comfortable being here. Unfortunately I usually get snarky comments from dental hygienists or a doctor that doesn't listen. I was very pleased with this duo. I have a partial that does not match the color of my teeth and in my past visits I've been told that my partial is discolored from whatever reason over time. Nope. My partial is significantly darker than my teeth. My doctor listened, heard and agreed. I'm actually excited for my next appointment. Thank you!

Nothing except your front staff was great

I think you can most improve by calling people at the right time. I was forgotten about and I had to go back after seven people went ahead of me and then they told me that they forgot about me but they're going to try to hurry and fit me in.

It was a fine appointment but as someone who struggles with anxiety and adhd I wish there was a little more communication. My provider did his job but he left without saying anything so I did not know if I could leave or not so I just sat there. Also, when he first came in he didn't speak toward me he was facing away so I could barely hear him. He seemed like he was in a rush. Other than that, he was nice and the lady who helped with my xrays on my teeth was the most amazing helper. She spoked to me like she genuinely cared for my health. Thank you!

excellent experience. i went in with a chipped tooth (#25) needing repair. i asked for a prescription of 2%i viscous lidocaine for oral pain issues (i bit my tongue accidentally but severely a few days earlier) and that was granted. the whole team was excellent and worked quite well together, and i was out the door in less than 30 minutes. i give willamette dental 5 stars for this visit, well done!!

Very professional service.

I need to say that the hygienists gloves smelled like they'd been in someone else's mouth like he didn't change his gloves after his last appointment. This was very disturbing as I had no idea what bacteria, cold sore, thrush, etc that I could have gotten from the previous patients mouth. I will say when doctor was examining it was obvious that he'd changed his gloves in between patients. This whole experience with the hygienist is disgusting to me. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my concerns, and I hope I don't ever have to experience this ever again.

Excellent!!!!

They were great listeners, as I am not the best patient and can be very anxious. They did everything that makes me comfortable. The only thing I'm confused about now is how I get my new appointment. I haven't heard contact from the front office, and I was told they don't make appointments on your way out, and I just need to make my first appointment. So that's the only in-clarity I have. Other than that, they were awesome. Thank you.

Well, I believe that there should be a bit more communication among the dentists because the person who extracted my tooth told me that it could be replaced. However, when I went to the second visit, a different doctor told me it would be very expensive. So, either I was told one thing during the surgery or I was told something else later; I don't understand. I would like them to agree and communicate so that I receive the correct information, allowing me to decide whether to continue with the process or not.

Everything was fine!

I used to dread Willamette Dental. Im not sure what happened but they have done a complete 180° from how they used to be. Dr Yashar is the best Dentist Ive ever had. I cant state enough how amazing all the staff are. They listen, they are kind. They arent forceful. Shout out to everyone at the Beaverton/Ground Floor office!!

And eye doctor as well. It seems like everywhere there's a shortage of staff. And I don't know if there's people moving out or, you know, ever since, you know, the health care has been rattled a bit. So that's all I've got to say about that. All right, bye.

Very professional and friendly

The only problem is being able to schedule an appointment. We were told we had to wait for a specific dentist to return. Although after waiting so long, we ended up with two different dentists instead. They were both excellent though. Would like to know why this happened.

I appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the team in the Beaverton location. I have had some poor experiences elsewhere in Portland and really felt like the staff here was interested in my well being and treated me with dignity.

I found the service excellent, very professional

I am really happy with the dental cleaning. The hygienist did a fantastic job. Dr Yashar.... was excellent. He saw a problem with #3 that I have been trying to get solved for over 15 years. He had an excellent x ray and noticed a fracture. He impressed me. Overall I am real happy with every aspect of the process.

Great experience in and out in less than hr for a pulled tooth

It felt a little rushed. I felt as though they were in a hurry to send me out even though I need to schedule and come back again to get my tooth pulled. Also, it seems counterintuitive that the only way to make appointments is by phone.

I really appreciated the dentist talking me into us trying to save my lower jaw's back molar! I was really assuming it had to be pulled, and would be a definite loss to me! I'm so delighted l was given an even better option to just have a filling put on it!

Once you get in the door and passed the headache of trying to make a emergency appointment at the office the dentist and hygienist were amaizing and very professional and fun to communicate with.

they were knowledgeable about one of my conditions which affects the way that I have to get local anesthetic, which was very surprising and pleasant that they did their research. They were also very trauma informed about my dental trauma of having teeth, pulled, and made the whole experience as pleasant as getting a wisdom tooth being pulled can be.

All staff (front desk, DA, RDH, DDS) were incredibly attentive and kind. My only concern is the ability to get in for an appointment quickly. I have a fractured tooth, and I have to wait 2 months, so I'm hoping it won't get worse. I am still very much grateful for everyone in the office and the company. Thank you for all you do! All the dental technicians and Dr did so well I was blown away by how they would stop everything, look directly at me and actively listen to what I was saying. I had good treatment

Dr. Yasher was really nice. I only had a cleaning . But he seems like a great guy. Great mannerisms. I like how well he listened and was able to give me some advice on how to possibly further my dental care. The team that works with him, including the technician that clean my teeth they were all very sweet very kind. They made me feel very comfortable. I appreciate that as I really don't like going to the dentist other than to get my teeth cleaned.

When I made the appointment for my mom, the wait was almost 2 months! She has to wait a long time to see the dentist! We don't know what the reasons are!
