Dr. Chao’s Biography
Dr. Chao feels it is a great honor and privilege to treat the pediatric population, a job she does not take lightly. She treats each child as an individual and caters to their specific needs and comforts. She listens to her patients’ concerns, hoping to understand their preferences and motivations. It was refreshing, she says, to find Willamette Dental, a practice that shares in her values and belief that the patient’s well being is the leading priority in care. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the Portland area with her family, especially the food scene, and cheering on our local women’s sports teams.

Great appointment- just sad because Dr Lauren is leaving the group in north Spokane and she was the best dentist ever!!!!!!!

The only frustration is how far out the dentist is booked, which is understandable with a provider leaving. The receptionist is delightful and very friendly and helpful :)

The doctor was great. I have had a a lot of pain and the office personally act like a am bothering them if I call. They told me they would send and when them didn't. I called back and I was bothering them. My husband company pays a lot. And not sure about the care and respect they show. I only call because I need a little compassion.

Dr Chao is so gentle and takes the time to explain everything she is doing. Even though I have dental anxiety, I'm always comfortable in her care. The assistants all work so well together. Thank you Willamette!
