My only complaint is the length of time it took to get an appointment. I was originally scheduled for two vanities but one proved to be complicated so they needed to postpone the second one to another time. A few weeks delay would've been fine but it was months before I could get back in again. I wasn't in pain so it was ok, just annoying. Otherwise my experience was 10/10. I'm very happy with Willamette Dental. Highly recommend!

Appointments are difficult to get in the afternoon. There were also no Saturday appointments. Please make evening and Saturday appointments available to accommodate patient work schedules.

I was very disappointed that I could not get a follow-up appointment for my new crown sooner than two months after this appointment. That's a long time to have to wear a temporary crown.

we need to figure out how to not-forget the Rx toothpaste. It happens every time - either we forget it at the front desk or it doesn't get sent to the pharmacy. For both my daughter AND myself this happens!

Dr. Walters is great in every aspect. Her assistant, Brittany, was also great. You are lucky to have both of them!!!

The person who cleaned my teeth was amazing. He was very gentle but thorough. He made sure that I wasn't in any pain and very considerate.

As always, amazing team, great service and such good job explaining things. I forgot the name of the folks at this appointment but absolutely ALL of them were so lovely. It's a little difficult not to be able to schedule out next appointments because they're not being released until at least 3 months down the road..

I have never felt so much compassion. I have struggled with taking care of my teeth for a long time and this is the first time I have not been made to feel bad about it. My dentist and dentist assistant are so kind and compassionate and really made an hour and half fly by like nothing.

Isreal Hygienist knew basic conversation ASL which was a joy to warm up prior to x-ray! ASL interpreter was presented during entire appointment and was very professional. The Dentist caught on with how the interpreter voice my signing .

The entire dental team we had was absolutely phenomenal. I love them. They were empathetic and compassionate to my son being scared, and they were really great. I give all of them a 10. I put a 7 down for improvement because I wish that there were either like a kid chair or a kid room, something that made it more friendly for a child's experience. Even though it's not a pediatric dentist's office, since they see pediatrics, then they should have some accommodations or things like that to make the experience better for children

My dental hygienist was fantastic, and I wish these questions indicated them more than the dentists, as I've spent 90% of my visit with the hygienist - this review should be about that and not to rate the quick check-in with the dentist at the end, although teamwork is indicated as part of the review. She was very gentle, courteous, and kind, and what mattered the most was that they all felt genuine. She was lovely and respectful, the same way she was with me, to her teammates. As someone that also works with other people, I really appreciate persons like her that contribute significantly to the morale of the workplace, that turns into the positive sense of atmosphere felt by patients, like me.

I would love to be able to make an appointment sooner. I never get reminders and only being able to make an appointment 56 days out is very annoying. I teach and have to go every four months so being able to make appointments further out would be great!

I have been going here for YEARS and have documented my SEVERE mint allergy MULTIPLE times and MULTIPLE times I have been assured that it is an alert on my chart...And usually I make sure to remind everyone at each appointment. But this time I was very anxious about having a tooth extracted and forgot to remind them so OF COURSE, the FIRST thing the hygienist stuck in my mouth was a mint numbing gel. And I've once again been ASSURED that a note has been added to my chart noting this allergy...Fortunately she got it out almost immediately and rinsed my mouth well enough that I didn't have a reaction ..THIS TIME....but this was HORRIBLY dangerous for me and should NEVER HAVE HAPPENED TO BEGIN WITH as I have been assured MULTIPLE TIMES over MANY YEARS that this allergy is Noted PROMINENTLY in my chart. DO BETTER.

I really appreciated Israel's kind and gentle approach as my dental hygienist. He clearly cares and is knowledgeable about what he does. For someone like me who is always anxious at the dentist, this is such a comfort. Dr. Walters took time with me as a person first and also with my dental health. I appreciate that I have a history with the same dentist.

Overall great experience with answers to my questions and thorough inspection to figure out the reason for my emergency appt.

The gentleman at the front desk when I came in was amazing. I did not have an appointment and I was in a ton of pain, he could see that I was hurting. As usual you guys had a full schedule. He didn't laugh me out of the building asking to be seen. He said have a seat and let me see what I can do. I was brought in, taken care of and sent on my way in less than an hour. Yes the Doc and her assistant were both amazing. But the guy at the front was the real MVP for me. Thank you again.

Israel, the hygienist, was friendly and thorough. I have been assigned to him before and he is excellent. Great manner and seems very competent at what he does. Dr. Walters is also friendly and helpful. They are a great team.

Scheduling appointments is the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist a office. You have to wait until 6 weeks before you can schedule the template to schedule is not booked far enough out for a reasonable person. Almost all dental offices you can book out an year.

Israel was the most thorough and professional dental hygienist I've ever met! From start to finish, I felt like I was in the best hands and so heard with no judgment while also getting great advice to do my best with my dental routine. Dr. Walters is also so much more detail oriented and cautious to make sure I'm taking the proper precautions for my dental health. So very grateful for this team!

Dr. Walters was excellent as usual. This is the first time I have had her assistant, Israel. He was great!! His assistant Marena was also great. I highly recommend all three of them. I have been with Willamette Dental since 1978 when they had only one Oregon location on SW Jefferson Street in the Goose Hollow area.

Dr. Walters, and the hygienist Israel are really professional, explain everything really well. They are so welcoming and make sure that the patient is comfortable. They make the appointment so smooth and relaxing.

The office did very well at educating me on different options. One of the things that it just takes so long to get into the dental office to get an appointment. You got to wait months to get an appointment, which I don't think is really appropriate. That needs to be rectified. Also, more of a detailed understanding on the options. Like I wanted to get some different things, and they didn't know all the answers that I had for my questions because they had to talk to a specialist, someone that wasn't in the office. So just being able to be more informative with prices and things of that nature and then being able to get appointments sooner, not a month away. My next appointment is a month and a half away. So, yeah.

Dr. Walters is incredible! My son had a terrible experience with a different provider and was scared to go back to the Dentist. Thanks to Dr. Walters he is no longer afraid! She is warm, kind and gentle, she took time to talk to him about everything she was doing and explained why she was doing it. She patiently answered all of his questions and took excellent care of him! She is genuinely the best provider we have had! I also appreciate that her hygienist was patient and gave my son breaks from cleaning when he asked for them! We are beyond greatful for her and her team!

It should not take a week to process a referral. Wait one week then get a phone call to schedule an appointment. Unacceptable delay for tooth pain. Referrals are done electronically. Should receive call 1-2 days to receive treatment schedule options.

you have always done dental work for me and my blood pressure was never really an issue. now you won't do major dental work unless my blood pressure is lower?
