Dr. Herndon's Biography

Compassion, ethics, and conservative dentistry are central to Dr. Herndon’s practice. It was this shared philosophy with Willamette Dental Group along with a glowing recommendation from a friend, also a dentist at another location, that solidified his decision to become part of the team. His interest in dentistry was sparked in middle school as someone who always wanted a rewarding career. But it’s the emotional moments with patients as they see the aesthetic improvements he’s made that make all the difference.

An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys exploring Portland neighborhoods along with the Columbia River Gorge, Mt. Hood, and local trails around Forest Park. He also loves to travel both domestically and abroad. When he’s not in nature, he’s likely rooting for the Portland Timbers.
