I have never been that comfortable for a dental procedure. The doctor and team made sure that all areas surrounding the tooth were numb and checked in frequently during the procedure to make sure I was OK. The filling is unnoticeable and the following day I am pain free.

I really appreciate the dentist's conservative approach to what needs to be done with my broken tooth! He didn't just say it needs to be pulled, he recommended that we fill it to "buy time", and see how it lasts. I appreciate that! And I loved the assistant! She was very professional and answered all my questions in laymen's terms! lol!

I would have liked more details about the process of putting in a crown with an amalgam filling. Loved the details from my hygienist!!!

We had a hard appointment because my son doesn't brush his teeth well enough. When he mentioned that things hurt, the hygenist dismissed his concerns saying "it's just water" or "it's just air". Otherwise, she was amazing and the dentist was helpful.

I have an extreme dental phobia and my dentist and the assistant were so kind and made me feel safe. Also, every person I spoke with on the phone, from the person who took my call after hours, the on call doctor, and the front desk staff, they were all so wonderful. I truly appreciate everybody who helped me!

Willamette Dental has always been extremely efficient and the best part is not only do they do a great job but they also educate you on how to keep your teeth and gums healthy. This is the most outstanding and honest company I've ever dealt with.

First, I have a lot of anxiety with going to the dentist under normal circumstances let alone in a broken tooth situation. The staff, from the 1st phone call to check in to the xray/asst tech to the dentist was absolutely the best. Everyone was kind, professional, comforting and good at their job. Thank you!

Excellent visit!!

My dentist seems afraid to do any actual work. He barely glanced in my mouth so I had to ask him to look at the other infected side of my mouth. Once he saw it, he agreed to treat it with antibiotics only after I prompted him. I'm glad I can advocate for myself because other patients wouldn't know how to.

I'm sorry, I've forgotten my dental hygienist's name, but she was fabulous! My teeth have never been cleaned as thoroughly as she did. She was also friendly and caring. Thanks!

Great treatment but it was difficult to contact my location by phone and I had to book my appointment way in advance. I should say I got in quicker for an emergency though.

My dental hygienist was amazing!!

I'm so bad with names but the dental hygienist that I saw was amazing!! She was very kind and knowledgeable. She kept referring to how my teeth looked last year and she noticed my improvements that I have been doing over the last year to improve my teeth and gums. I was just amazed at the level of care she provided.

I was quite nervous about the state of my tooth. Dr Herndon informed me to at it was a simple fix and he would have me out of there quickly. He replaced the filling promptly and addressed other questions I had. The dental assistant was also wonderful, although I cannot remember his name.

Dr. Herndon is so kind and quickly assessed the issue with my crown and explained what was going on and proposed a plan for remediation. The entire team at Willamette Dental have continually been welcoming and professional. I've been going there for almost 30 years now and have been blessed to have dentists like Dr. Herndon, Dr. Luu and their assistants every time. Thank you!!

The dentist they assigned me was abrasive and condescending. The assistant taking X-rays didn't know what she was doing. She didn't even have the device plugged in when she took first image. I hated every second of this past appointment. I miss the dentist and her crew that do t work there anymore. They were all rushing to get out of there as it was a Friday afternoon appt - the dentist wasn't even available for questions bc he bolted early. I dread coming back.

The front desk staff were kind and welcoming, and the hygienist Marina was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, kind and did a wonderful job with my cleaning and informing me about my teeth and best practices to maintain a healthy mouth. Dentist was also kind and welcoming.

Helpful and friendly people

I appreciated how gentle all providers were with my teeth & mouth. They communicated clearly & were patient with me while working.

Marina, my hygienist didn't skip a single step. She was absolutely thorough and still gentle. Braulio, my assistant took perfectly painless radiographs and was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the start. Dr. Herndon was friendly, did a thorough exam and answered all of my questions. The front office staff that helped me were amazing!! Thank you, Halley, Tyson and Marina! All of you were more than accommodating!!!

You have a break down in communication when you did not notify me that my dentist had left the practice. No email was received either, which was reported as another line of notification. Therefore I did not get to choose my new dentist and I was surprised to see a new person walk in at the time of the "exam." Desk workers were apologetic about the lack of communication, but the number of missteps beforehand warrant a close look at the team's effectiveness with communicating with patients for their care and comfort.

In my three visits I've had three different dental assistants (I'm sorry if this is not the right term) and they have all been excellent as well. I've always had really good experiences at Willamette with all of the providers and the office staff. I've had some problems with triage. One lady was actually quite rude and another wanted me to wait five days for triage. Once I get in the office, I'm very impressed with all of you, and you're very helpful with my special needs.

Trying to get an emergency appointment took 30 hours to get back to me. The attendants were great. It is your protocol that is useless.

The injections for the filling were the most painful I've ever had. Normally, there would be numbing gauze placed prior to the injection. That was not done. 4-5 injections for 1 filling, too much and very painfull!

Dr. Herndon has a very gentle manner, explains everything thoroughly and is both very professional while being personable.
