The woman that took the x-rays was kind and made sure the team was aware of my foster son's concerns about his braces.

They were very good about tell me what they were going to do.

I'd like to say thank you to the Staff and my Dentist for their kindness and care during my visit. They we're great.

Dr. Shearer, Josue and Abi provided me with the best dental care! My cleaning was so thorough and my mouth feels great.

As always, all staffs are friendly. They accommodate all my questions. Olga gave a lot of advice taking care of my teeth. Appreciate all the advice. Dr. Shearer is awesome! Very friendly.

I'd just like to add that it would be very helpful if I were given best guess on when appointments would be made available. Especially for my child who has a dental emergency. I spent two weeks without hearing back until we made a new emergency appointment.

Hello, I found that they talked way too quickly for me to understand, repeated themselves multiple times, and only said like one thing instead of everything about my treatment. And then the scheduling is going to take eight weeks out, which is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for something that's urgent. And this is the info they gave me at an emergency appointment. They did nothing besides that. They did do x-rays and look at them, but that's it. They could do more for the patient, listen better, and they could provide more services in their lobby and schedule using something other than a 1-800 number so that they can schedule sooner and quicker and easier.

Dr Shearer did a great job repairing my tooth and Stephanie is great as usual

Dr. Shearer is professional and personable. He works well with patients and other staff. I have been coming to this office for 8 years, lots of turnover of staff. Hope Dr. Shearer stays awhile.

I have an infection that is causing me a ton of pain and the provider didn't offer me anything for pain management. He recommended ibuprofen but I can't take that so he said Tylenol but that isn't working.

I'm loving my experience with my dentist and the team over at Willamette Dental Stark St. Office. My only complaint has been in scheduling (no ability to schedule far in advance, but no upcoming availability when I am allowed), but it really hasn't been too bad.

The Dr and dental assistant were lovely- professional, personable and kind. The dental office is not my normal office but enjoyed my experience there that I would consider moving to this clinic for the provider.

Dr. Shearer and the dental assistant (sorry can't remember her name) were very kind and made sure all my questions were answered. I did not feel like they were too busy to explain things to me, even though they probably were. I'm going to ask to keep Dr. Shearer as my dentist.

My dental hygienist was great and really supportive about what I shared. Additionally, I normally have to wait a bit to get into my preferred office location. For this appointment I called and was offered an appointment the very next day. It was extremely fast!

Quick and efficient. Explained things pretty well answered all my questions. I always struggle with people standing behind me and talking to me from there. Hard to hear and no eye contact. Nature of the beast I guess with a dental office.

I've liked each of the three offices I've been in, but it has been very frustrating to be sent to different offices because there's no dentist in one. I know that can't always be prevented. I am now back to my original dentist and I really, really like Dr. Shearer.

Both the hygienist and the doctor were very good with my nervous m and shy three year old. I appreciated the extra time both of them took to talk directly to him and let him know what they were doing, to explain the tools they were using, and to ask for his consent when they did anything.

Did a great job

I used to get a print out of what my teeth health looked like. That was pretty helpful but not a deal breaker that it wasn't given to me. Makes comparing previous visits easier since it's not something your team members do.

They managed to get me in same day and help alleviate some of my pain.

When they make an appointment time and date, then stick to it.Not, we change your appointment or canceled It, not happy . Dental work was okay, though.

The personnel was extremely professional and cheerful and I really, really appreciated that. The dentist examined my neck and my jaw and my lymph nose. I've never had that done before. I thought that was above and beyond. Again, I appreciated that and they were all extremely professional.

Both the doctor and the hygienist were great! And, I didn't go home with sore teeth like other times.
