The schedule is an appointment is kind of challenging. If we can have an online, like an app, make appointments, that will be awesome.

No one told me they were sending prescriptions to the pharmacy. I had no clue till I got the notification from the pharmacy that they were ready for pick up. I can only guess based off what the pharmacist told they are for

There is nothing I could say bad about Beaverton Willamette dental. In the past I one of my kids had not taken care of properly but since I got transferred to Beaverton dental they are always so professional of taking care of my kids I couldn't been more than thankful for their professionalism. Another dental assistant popped into my childs room distracting the dentist and talking about another patient. The doctor left the room while my son had laughing gas on to go due an exam next door. I want the dentist full attention during procedures. I did not like other workers interrupting during my childs appointment.

Wilamed provides excellent service. I'm very happy, and they're excellent professionals. If there's anything strange about it, it's because I was driving, so I couldn't see properly. But for me, being in the dental office at Wilamed is the best. Thank you so much for everything.

I loved how the nurse treated my daughter. She explained everything to her, showed her the equipment she was going to use, and was very kind. It was the first time my daughter had her mouth cleaned.

The assistants were great. I wish that doctor Purcell had walked into my view and smiled and introduced himself instead of just hovering behind me. I literally had to ask him who are you? Then he just started touching my neck without telling me first. Bedside manner, people.

They worked very well with our girls, ages 3 and almost 5. Explained the tools they were going to use (to the older one), and what was happening throughout the appointment.

I didn't need it, but I really liked that most of the staff spoke another language

Excellent experience with Dr. Purcell! He took care of my daughter's cavity quickly and effectively and explained everything to us and answered all our questions. He's great with kids!

Dr Purcell and his assistant Lisa were extremely kind and emotional supportive! I have the most dental problems because I am TERRIFIED of the dentist! But the doctor even started talking about his cats to calm me down!! And it worked!!

I think visit summary instructions print out could help. I made a couple phone calls and appointments related to a troublesome tooth and also conflicting descriptions of the procedure from emergency doctor and from Dr. Purcell. It's a multi step procedure and was somewhat unclear timeline the steps need to occur on. (Root canal on anterior tooth)

only my first ever visit so might be too early to say, but reasonably decent experience overall so far

It was a very positive and friendly, and informative interaction. I enjoyed my time there. I have had only positive interactions with all of those that I came in contact with. Dr. Purcell his assistants were great Thanks Willamette Dental.

Everything was great

Two of my molars, I was trapping food between the two of them and I couldn't, it was miserable. I finally tied a knot to my dental floss and got the big chunk of food out of between my teeth. That's when I called your clinic. And in a very short time, Dr. Purcell came in, proposed what he was going to do, did it in short order. And the next day, he said, don't chew on the right side of your jaw. I was right. And so the next day, I was eating soft food and I put it over on the right side of my jaw and I went, oh, I can chew that. It doesn't go down between my teeth. Anyway, it's perfect. It's just perfect dental work. And I thank him so much. The assistant was knocking, knocking off, doing it perfectly

I was very impressed with my dental care. It was painless and they stuck with it until it was just right. When I came home i could not even tell I had dental work. The injections were painless and did not hurt later. I cannot even see the filling. It is color matched. I am very happy and recommend Dr. Purcell and team.

Not being able to schedule the next appointment in person is so inconvenient and makes it harder to get consistent care. The dentist was impersonal and provided no parent education. Everything was super cheap and the long hallway of dental caves was creepy.

I assumed a pediatric dentist would entail a kid friendly dental space that was inviting to children, and staff that are comfortable with little kids.

I had an issue, they rushed me in the next day. The dentist and assistant were both really nice and did a great job. The process was painless and relatively quick. No complaints here. Thanks!

When I walked in the door, from the minute that I walked in, I felt accepted, I felt heard, I felt respected. I really think that every single staff member that I ran into there was not only professional, but friendly above and beyond the call of duty, notwithstanding all of their other commitments and patience. So I have nothing but good things to say about Willamette and the staff there. They've always treated me professionally and gone above and beyond. So I'm returning to Willamette, having had a break, having moved out of state for several years and came back. And this is the reason I came back to Willamette, was for this exact reason of professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness. So keep up the good working.

Everybody was so incredibly nice and professional. It was very clear that it was a nice working environment with the way people got along with each other and worked well together. I Felt very comfortable. One slight criticism would be that you asked my pronouns in the paperwork, but nobody actually used them so there's a little bit of a disconnect there. Everyone was really great about using my preferred name though which I really appreciate.

Everyone of the staff were really clear about the information and very polite, so that give me comfort, because I was really nervous.

The truth is that I got a good doctor. I highly recommend him. The person who cleaned my teeth was very professional. They're very good people. Everyone was very kind.

It's always a pleasure to visit this provider/office. Staff is always friendly and supportive. The only down side, is that making appointments lately has become very tough since providers are always booked.

the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was excellent. one of the best experiences having my teeth cleaned.

I can't wait for a call back to get my wisdom teeth out and my fractured tooth smoothed. It will also be a relief to have documentation for any legal matters I have to attend to in the future from damages caused by another environmental cause than myself.

Hi, besides for trying to schedule the appointment, which has nothing to do with the Beaverton office, everything was great. Everyone was very caring when I was at the Beaverton office, the dental hygienist, the people in the front that you see when you come in, and Dr. Purcell always does a great job, and I'm able to trust them completely when I come in with dental work.
