Happy to have Dr Hall as my Dentist.

I waited 28 minutes for the doctor to exam me. My appointment was at 3pm and I left at 4:18pm. I received a call a few minutes later saying they noticed I left and the exam wasn't done. That means about 4-5 minutes went by before they noticed I got up and left. The worst service from a dental office. We won't be coming back

I had very pleasant experiences with everyone I interacted with - front desk rep, hygienist, AND provider were all great. Extra recognition to the hygienist, who I spent the most time with and who was absolutely lovely.

I had my appointment at 12.50pm, and they took me inside, the hygienist for very rude and when I told her that I have to be back my 2pm, and my treatment was supposed to be less then 5 mins, but doctor did not start the treatment until 2pm, I am happy with the treatment but was not done in time plus the person was if you don't want to still that long you can go and reschedule your appointment, even though my treatment was only 5 mins, the person was no good, in giving good service.

Dr Hall and her assistant not only gave me the best dental experience I've had but medical in general. And I'm fifty so I've had several over the years. I've never had some one actually listen to what I've being going through and help find solutions. I walked away feeling hopeful.

I really appreciate the professionalism, compassion, and overall care that made my visit the best experience I ever had.

This was the first time folks have explained the root cause and effect of various aspects. The definitions given and the knowledge shared helped me fully understand. It was very enlightening and empowering at the same time! Also, the folks were lovely and very personable!

It was my first experience going to the dentist the staff was so nice and friendly only think I didn't like provider was on my tooth and then she went to see her two patients and then came back and did some work on my tooth thatz think I only didn't like apart from that everything else was good and nice and kind

I want to say that I am usually very afraid of the dentist, however Dr. Hali Hall and her team changed that! I am so happy I went to see her.

Hali Hall was great and made us feel seen. She provided great options for treatment and we were treated promptly.

The office visit itself was an excellent experience, we felt very well taken care of. I wish that there was an online scheduling system. It's hard for me to spend 20 minutes on the phone just to make an appointment.

I've had some rough spots on the front of my teeth and underneath that were bothering me and the dentist smooth them out until my satisfaction. I was extremely pleased because they have been bothering me with flossing and just getting my teeth cleaned. She presented to fix the situation with Perfection.

Little wait time

Dr Hall was off the hook. She was attentive to why she was doing extractions and offered to help me out with professional advice. She and her assistant Kay were funny and worked great together.

All the staff were very friendly, thoughtful, and communicative. For a first visit, I felt like I was the most important patient of the day. I appreciate the attention I got, the clear answers to my questions, and every staff member and the doctor's friendly demeanor. I look forward to a long relationship with Willamette Dental!

Dr. Hall was exceptional. She was friendly, she was complete, she was thorough. She put me in a good state of mind and great sense of humor and I enjoyed her company and her work and she explained everything thoroughly. Thank you.

I arrived 30 min early and I didn't even have to wait 5 minutes. The hygienist was extremely nice and the dentist was extremely professional and quick with her procedure. I don't think the operation even took an hour.

Had a great experience with Dr. Hall and her assistant Annie. I needed to see a dentist after chipping one of my front molars over the weekend. Got in immediately and Dr Hall did a fantastic job dealing with the issue, was patient and listened to all my concerns. Spent a good deal of time addressing the issue fully explaining the course of action. Was very pleasant, reassuring and competent. I was very pleased to have seen her on this occasion. Problem addressed.

I got in from a cancelation after a 3 month wait on the wait list. Dr. Hall is great and discussed my dental care plan in a way that was easy to understand. Caitlin, my hygienist, was nice and also knowledgeable. My experience was great from check in to check out! Also, shout out to them for helping each other so the staff and providers can stay on time. It was good to see this interaction as a patient.

The ladies at Willamette Dental seem truly joyful and seem to enjoy being around each other and the patients. You seem to be doing something right culture-wise at Willamette.

I was able to get an appointment 20 minutes after I called due to a cancelation. Dr Hall was able to take care of the issue and give guidance about getting a new bite guard.

She was the best dentist I've ever been to in my life and I'm 51 years old and I've never had a good dental experience until her. So just wanted to say that.

The Dentist who helped me was Amazing! I can not remember her name, but she was the best Dentist I have had in all the years that I have been with Willamette Dental. And you have sone great Dentists. She is bewer to the practice and came from the Military. Top notch!
