Thank goodness my tooth wasn't as bad as it felt.

Info given to help me was perfect. Was just in alot of pain from dry socket and distracted. A print out of instructions may have also been helpful, but THAT'S JUST ME and my perspective from one who was anxious and in pain. I was however assured that no infection or bone frags were present in xrays and on the road to healing. Just pallative care necessary. Everyone there was excellent! Thank you so much.

I was not happy with the assistant helper there is she seemed to be more like a sergeant definitely in charge may be very uncomfortable I think next time I'll ask for a different person

Yes, I thought that the dentist was great about taking my pain away. It instantly went away and I would highly recommend her. And she did a really good job because the pain just like, it disappeared completely the minute after she numbed me and filled my tooth. I thought it was excellent. Thank you so much. I appreciate it. The dental office, x-ray room and bathroom very dirty. I hope I don't have to go back there. The appointment was a waste of time.

I would like to say that the Dr was very nice but I did notice her hands shaking a lot to the point where she even poked herself with one of the tools. I was also told something different from what my original Dr had told me so there was a lot of confusion on my end.

Totally awesome best in us ever I would want her to be my dentist forever even when I go to heaven if I have to have my teeth worked on in heaven I want her to do it Amen

Assistant was very helpful and gave me assurances that my fear would be addressed as I have huge anxiety issues.

The doctor and her assistants were very well professional in their conduct and in their attitude and in communication to me and with each other. I would highly recommend it. The assistants should be more friendly. The assistant, who wasn't friendly at all to me, seemed to be very angry.

It was quick and painless. I had to have a bad tooth removed and was treated with respect and not judged for the condition of my case.

I genuinely appreciate the gentle and attentive care the providers showed me during my visit. They informed me about the process and prepared me for each step. I'm particularly grateful to the team who handled my filing, though I don't recall their exact names. I felt valued and cared for throughout my visit. This extends to the entire experience, from the moment I checked in when the staff was friendly and welcoming, to the time I left when I was greeted on my way out.

Jill was rushing and didn't let my teeth and gums get numb! She pulled my two teeth ! I felt it ripping out my mouth both teeth! She said sorry I don't wanna stop! I almost passed out from the pain! She didn't care ! She rushed her job! And moved on to the next victim! I have no choice but to come back in a few weeks to get my other stuff done and I am so scared! I don't wanna go! But it's a must! ?

Technician couldn't get the x-ray right due to computer glitches so x-rayed my 3x's. Not great. Dentist overnumbed me because she didn't let the numbing set in and was hurrying to the procedure.

They work in groups.

They were supportive of my anxiety and answered my many questions.

For an emergency appointment I should have been able to ha e my tooth pulled out . Now I have to make a whole new appointment to have it pulled. I hate that I have to call a 800 # just to get a call back instead of just making one.

Care, dental assistants, and front desk performance is great! Most of the time, it's difficult to get in for an appointment, at times, difficult to get in for urgent care. This time was an exception, as I was able to be scheduled within 2-3 days after losing a filling.

They are very kind and punctual at the time of the appointment.

The front desk and the dentist had bad communication towards each other. The desk said hold on to my paperwork. Than I went to the back they said they waited for my paperwork. I didn't know how to respond. I said so they made mistake? Than the dentist said the front desk never filled out your information? Did u fill out all your paperwork? I said yes. I came early just to fill out paperwork. My tooth hurt it was emergency. The dentist said she won't take out my tooth. Just gave me toothpaste for my crack tooth.

I needed my tooth pulled. I was scheduled immediately for extraction. My visit was quick and easy. I will be back with my family

My experience is because it is difficult to find someone who speaks Spanish.

My dentist and her assistant were wonderful. They explained everything that was going to happen. And even the doctor, when she was pulling the tooth, was talking to me every step of the way. And they both were listening to my medical issues before with a very kind and compassionate heart. So I really appreciate that, and they were just absolutely great. I really, really had a great experience with both the dentist and her assistant. So thank you very much for that.

Work was done and no info given, not even a mirror, I was horrified when I got home to see the solution that was found for my problem.
