The x-ray tech, hygienist, and dentist were all very supportive of our young child with some dental anxiety! They took time to connect and explain what they were going to do!

All staff were extremely nice and helpful. They were also knowledgeable and answered all the oral related questions I had. Gave helpful tips on how to combat tonsils stones, clearly laid out how the orthodontist would contact me, and was very straightforward with the work they were doing. They took great care to make sure I was comfortable.

Overall we had a great experience

I am terrified to go to the dentist after a bad experience in the UK! My team took care of me so well - I was very impressed - Thank you!

What not to crazy about this dental hygienist

It was very descriptive, very informal, actually gave me a tool to go home with. They were very understanding and helped me understood what they were doing and actually why I had the cavity that I had and explained the placement of my teeth and how difficult it is and also taught me how to floss or what type of bristle brush floss to use to support.

Amazing care and the person who saw me before the doctor was very informative. I liked the information provided on dental care etc.

Everyone at the Beaverton location is always friendly to me and to each other. When I have to go to the dentist, I'm glad I get to go there!

I had to have a molar pulled out due to the nerve dying it was a very uncomfortable situation, but your staff did their best to make me as comfortable as possible, under the circumstances.

Love my dental hygienist! She is so thorough and I'm always so amazed at how much brighter my teeth are after I leave. I appreciate her attention to detail and the lovely conversations we have.

My dental hygienist, Audrey was very thorough and quick. Dr. Herdnon was really pleasant to speak with and had a very gentle technique when inspecting my teeth and gums.

They are a excellent group of people. The only problem I have is that the appointment was two months out from the day I called to make it I chipped my tooth and I think that was just a bit too far out for someone with a dental emergency.

Dr. Herndon and his team treat each person with respect while delivering expert and quality care in a calm and professional manner. I am very happy and highly satisfied with my dental experience with Dr. Herndon and his associates.

I love my care team they are fantastic!

Dr. Herndon was great, he showed compassion and was informative. Marina was kind, patient and made the whole process seamless and fun for both kiddos.

I called the appointment line two times, because a filling fell out and part of the tooth broke off and they transferred me over to triage phone line but I wasn't able to get an appointment that way for some reason they couldn't get their messages through. I had to go to the Beaverton office in order to get an appointment to have my tooth looked at. Once I got this beautiful office they were able to help me and you get me an appointment about 5 days later.

I appreciated that the providers were friendly and professional, but didn't engage in excessive chit chat.

The dentist and his assistant were very professional, quick, and precise.

That Willamette dental clinic is an experience.

This was my first visit to Willamette dental and the first time seeing a dentist in over 10 years, and the experience was amazing. The dental hygienist was wonderful and did an amazing job explaining everything to me.

The lady who cleaned my teeth went out of her way to explain some things about brushing and flossing that I hadn't known. It was very informative and helpful and I really appreciated it.

Everyone was nice both this time and earlier in the week however, I have a cracked tooth causing lots of pain and no one seems to think I could use help soon. The specialist offered me an appointment over a month out! I got it moved up to a week but even that is ridiculous. My tooth has become infected and I am in so much pain. Can't do hardly anything and haven't eaten in days. I am very upset and afraid I might lose the tooth by the time I should be getting a root canal. And I'm missing life because of how much pain I'm in. I am very frustrated with this system.

The method used for blood pressure was wildly inaccurate as I took my own reading when I got home and the variance was astounding.

Didn't completely diagnose the real problem, just a little, still not sure what is happening, was told I needed a prescription but they never called it in , I called them and they said " oops that happens sometimes" but they still haven't called it in a second time yet, I was told they were going to recommend a endodontist but they never did, so now I'm not sure what's happening, very confusing

It took me quite a while to get an appointment. I couldn't get it at the office closest to me so had to drive 50 minutes at 6 am. When I arrived at 6:45, I got a notification that my appointment was cancelled. I was upset but the hygienist was able to clean my teeth. I still needed to make an appointment to see the doctor, which was hard to but I ended up getting one. I won't recommend your company because you are too difficult to schedule.

I wish we were given reminders a month or two earlier so that I can schedule my appointments so they're about 6 months apart. By the time I get a reminder, everything is booked for at least one month ahead.

Great staff, great experience- still going to avoid coming back for as long as possible.

Dr. Herndon and his assistant were absolutely wonderful and it helped with my dental phobia/anxiety tremendously. I was able to finish my fillings only because he listened to me and showed me great compassion and care. I trust Dr. Herndon with my care completely and he has been the best dentist I have ever had. I make the drive from Seaside specifically so I can see him. I have so much gratitude for him and his awesome team! Thank you for helping me so much!

I greatly appreciate the expedited same-day early-morning appointment which solved my urgent dental issue and accomodated my travel schedule! Everyone from the clinic went above and beyond!

The checkout process is not great. The dental assistant delivers a slip with information but the appointment scheduler has no actual idea what is going on. My cavity issue was not addressed and no follow up appointment

It was great as usual. Everyone is personable and professional. Whether it's the person doing my x-rays,the hygienist and my Dentist : they always do a good job explaining what they are about to do. Plus checking on how the area being worked on feels .

From scheduling the appointment, checking in, and being seen by the dental staff and dentist were flawless. This being my first time using Willamette dental I was extremely impressed.

Issue with making an appointment through call center. After being on hold for almost 20 minutes they said they were unable to schedule since "the schedule was being worked on" and they would call me back sometime. I drive past the Beaverton office every day so went in person and was able to schedule an appointment immediately.

I needed to have a tooth extracted because of gum disease which caused a dull pain in my lower left jaw. I called in and had an appointment on the same day. I am very happy with my dentist and supporting staff for removing the tooth the same day. Great service overall! Thank you.

Love the treatment and the providers. You have an awesome staff! Scheduling, however, is a nightmare. That's not the providers fault, but it's not my fault either. Your scheduling system really needs an overhaul.

The process for making an appointment involved several verbal commitments from Willamette Dental to call me back in order to soldify an appointment. The return calls did not materialize. Please correct the appointment making procedure.

It was a good experience. Very thorough.

Excellent staff and experience, no complaints whatsoever. My only complaint was the dental chair, it was extremely uncomfortable. I had had shoulder surgery and there was no where to rest my arm but to dangle it over the edge, which could have damaged the repair. So I had to drape my arm across my body and hold it in place with the other hand, very uncomfortable. Hopefully my arm fully recovers, otherwise I may need to find a different facility.

The office staff are always friendly and helpful!

I have never been that comfortable for a dental procedure. The doctor and team made sure that all areas surrounding the tooth were numb and checked in frequently during the procedure to make sure I was OK. The filling is unnoticeable and the following day I am pain free.

I really appreciate the dentist's conservative approach to what needs to be done with my broken tooth! He didn't just say it needs to be pulled, he recommended that we fill it to "buy time", and see how it lasts. I appreciate that! And I loved the assistant! She was very professional and answered all my questions in laymen's terms! lol!

I would have liked more details about the process of putting in a crown with an amalgam filling. Loved the details from my hygienist!!!

We had a hard appointment because my son doesn't brush his teeth well enough. When he mentioned that things hurt, the hygenist dismissed his concerns saying "it's just water" or "it's just air". Otherwise, she was amazing and the dentist was helpful.

I have an extreme dental phobia and my dentist and the assistant were so kind and made me feel safe. Also, every person I spoke with on the phone, from the person who took my call after hours, the on call doctor, and the front desk staff, they were all so wonderful. I truly appreciate everybody who helped me!

Willamette Dental has always been extremely efficient and the best part is not only do they do a great job but they also educate you on how to keep your teeth and gums healthy. This is the most outstanding and honest company I've ever dealt with.

First, I have a lot of anxiety with going to the dentist under normal circumstances let alone in a broken tooth situation. The staff, from the 1st phone call to check in to the xray/asst tech to the dentist was absolutely the best. Everyone was kind, professional, comforting and good at their job. Thank you!

Excellent visit!!

My dentist seems afraid to do any actual work. He barely glanced in my mouth so I had to ask him to look at the other infected side of my mouth. Once he saw it, he agreed to treat it with antibiotics only after I prompted him. I'm glad I can advocate for myself because other patients wouldn't know how to.

I'm sorry, I've forgotten my dental hygienist's name, but she was fabulous! My teeth have never been cleaned as thoroughly as she did. She was also friendly and caring. Thanks!
