I had to leave work early to make this appt and we were called 20 minutes AFTER our appt time.

No waiting. Friendly and caring staff. All questions answered. Thorough check of teeth after orthodontia, with use of my retainer.

My experience was wonderful, team was great, listened to all my questions and concerns. I had the pleasure of getting a newer assistant, she was awesome! My orthodontist is always great! He is professional and personable. It's always a nice visit. Looking forward to my next appointment.

My child's first appointment was scheduled for a day that the facility lost power. While this is understandable, the only notice I was provided was an email which was sent in spanish only. I arrived at the appointment to find the facility closed. When I called to reschedule the appointment, the customer service person was less than empathetic and unapologetic. To make matters worse, when we rescheduled and went to the appointment, we checked in 10 minutes in advance of our appointment time. After waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes (10 minutes past our scheduled appointment), I asked for an update and the person at the front desk indicated that they messed up and the system never alerted the staff that we had checked in. I realize these were one-off occurrences, and typically I have no issues with the service provided by the Beaverton office, but it was frustrating.

The front office staff was very rude to my daughter.

Pamela was wonderful connecting with my daughter while working on her teeth. Dr Van Dusen was fantastic as always. He has been out families orthodontist for all 3 of my kids. I highly recommend Dr. Van Dusen to anyone looking for a wonderful orthodontist!

Everyone in that office is so welcoming and polite. They make you feel good about coming to the dentist/ortho. Dr. Mark Van Dusen always makes my visits very comfortable, he genuinely cares! DA Haley definitely makes my visits fun! It's bitter sweet to now be done with my ortho treatment. Thank you all!

Appointments are very hard to get and in a timely fashion. I am concerned that my appointments have been moved all over the place and could be extended out if certain things don't happen in a timely fashion, which I have no control over, and neither does the orthodontist, but the system is sort of not aligning with timing for our goals. Apt was at 7:30. Wasn't seen until 8AM for a 10 min apt. Frustrating

This is the 2nd time my son has gone in for the box bracket and 2 times in a row the bracket comes off, customer service doesn't help and no one gets back to me.
