My experience was horrible the dentist knew that my tooth was badly infected but yet still tried to extract it, we had to stop mid extraction because of the excruciating pain, I ended up going to the emergency room after I left the dentist I had a horrible experience

I have been working with Dr. Luu for I believe is going on 10 years and she has been a great help with my dental health as my teeth are not the best. She is always kind and compassionate when the news isn't the best and never pressures me into any procedure.

Um. My daughter was looked at for 2 seconds and the dentist said yup you have teeth coming in. Then sent her on her way, with zero answers and nothing for pain. She had an awful experience.

Both Tao and Dr. Luu were full of information for me and answered my questions well. They are definitely patient advocates. I always feel heard and cared for. It's like I have my own personal cheer squad!

As a long time client of this clinic I have almost always been treated with courtesy and efficiency. No complaints.

I do not enjoy going to the dentist - I don't know why but I am one of those people who gets anxiety at just the thought. Everyone I interacted with during this appointment was wonderful: from the woman who helped my schedule it, to the receptionist, the hygienist, and the dentist. The hygienist was calm, explained exactly what she would be doing at every step, and was very gentle and effective while cleaning my teeth. The dentist listened to my concerns and get me helpful information about action steps I could take to address them. Everyone was really great, and I would recommend this WD office to anyone who asked.

That at the reception they have people who help with the second language that is needed.

Dr. Luu is the best and the hygienists are always so warm and caring!

After checking in, I was seen quickly. The whole experience took about an hour from start to finish. I came in at 7a so I was probably one of the first patients, nobody had fallen behind in terms of scheduling yet. I wonder if would be the same if I came later on in the day? I was out by 8a. Very efficient. Great staff, and care provided. Hoping for the same experience next time I go.

Staff was very friendly and professional. I felt a little blamed that during the previous procedure, that I needed more time, frequent stops. I thought it was unavoidable since the filling was in a very awkward place - not anyone's fault!

It took several attempts to get the right Xray images. This is the only area for improvement. otherwise the visit went great.

My appointment was wonderful, however I had to call 3 times to get an appointment and it wasn't my schedule that was the problem twice when i called there were 0 appointments for any of the providers.

I wonder why dentists don't share about using xylitol, electric toothbrushes, water picks and other methods of dental care at most appointments. I learned about xylitol recently from social media and I am 63. I finally had a good check up! Other than this I like Willamette Dental and I my dentist!

Marina did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Dr.Luu is very knowledgeable and professional! I know im in good hands here at Willamette Dental.

Dentist & assistant were great. I appreciated their concern and professionalism. Getting the appointment was frustrating. I needed a last minute one to get the problem fixed before leaving town for a month. The first appt available was after I left, but she did find one sooner. But I was told that it was very possible the problem wouldn't be fixed during the appt. When asked if I could go to a different WD clinic, I was told one must go to the clinic where the primary dentist is located, so going elsewhere not an option. I think WD needs to be a little more flexible on this point. I also think there needs to be greater flexibility built in for dental emergencies. I appreciate that I got in and the problem could be taken care of right away, but leading up to this was a little frustrating.

The hygenist and Dentist were great! They were both thorough and very professional and kind.

Dr. Luu and every staff member that I have ever dealt with over the 10+ years has been awesome. I tell everyone how impressed I have been with Willamette Dental and the proactive approach that's taken by all members. I also like that you have gone to the paper bags for the dental goodies, which helps on the plastic waste that is extremely heavy and medical profession. I don't take any of it. I have gone to bamboo toothbrushes and more natural dental floss that comes in a glass tube and you buy refills. Might start looking into changing what you put in the environmentally friendly bag. The toothbrushes would be quick and easy and they're actually cheaper than the plastic ones.

My appointment went smoothly and was uneventful.

Dr. Luu, Thao, Britt, Cindy, Ming, Mani and McKenzie were so friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you all for your hard work and for going above and beyond for each patient.

Phuong Luu Was incredible, in fact, I've been going to Willamette dental for 2 or 3 years and she was by far the most attentive, kind and empathetic provider that has worked with me and I sure appreciate her squeezing me into her busy day after I played phone tag with the office all week, trying to get an appointment.

We love Willamette Dental. The Dental Hygienist was a gem and took the time to explain to my (almost) 9 year old where she could improve on her brushing and helped her with the physical techniques. Dr Luu was engaged and put my daughter's extreme dental anxiety at ease. Plus no cavities!

Dentist was awesome, too bad the office team is inept. They don't care about their patients, only about keeping people within their group. Couldn't get a ROOT CANAL referral for 3 weeks? That's absurd. Just walk around in pain for 3 weeks. Not going back.

Had a tooth pulled which was not pleasant. However, Dr Luu did everything professionally possible to get me through a very uncomfortable procedure.

Overall good experience. Hygienist listened to my concerns about sensitivity around my teeth and took the time to discuss some of the "teeth grinding" issues I had.

The only comment I have is that I wish emergency appointments were scheduled with enough time to provide nitrous if requested. Regardless, I am glad my son was able to be seen so quick and the dentist was great with him. He always loves coming to the dentist!

Best experience I've had at an dentist as an adult

I hadn't been to the dentist in nearly 13 years due to some trauma from another dentist office. Everyone was kind and professional at WD and I had a great experience.

Yes, the dentist and the dental assistant were both very thorough in what they were explaining to me about my teeth situation and very thorough on explaining why I needed to get information from other doctors first, before I continued with what I was doing there. But that they not only had concerns, but they wanted to make sure that they did the work for me right. And anyway, I just thought it was really, really nice and helpful and considerate that they were working through all of this with me. Anyway, I appreciate it. So thank you. Bye.

My original referral to an endodontist was delayed for over 3 months because of a clerical error on the office's end. That was rather disappointing. I'm grateful for the short list option for my follow up procedures since I had to wait for so long after my initial diagnosis. I trust that error is not a common occurrence. Wish I could get that time back while I was dealing with my tooth issues. Services were great, follow through not so much.

Dr. Luu and Hailey the dental hygienist are amazing! They always makes me feel welcome, give me updates about my teeth what went well and what needs to be done. I gave a 6 to recommend the provider because I just saw her once and briefly, not having had enough experience to recommend her to anyone. And same as a 6 to WD because different people will have different opinions or experiences. Mine was more than average , but can't recommend, so I gave a 6.

I was late coming into my appointment and they were understanding and able to still get my needs completed. Outstanding professionalism. The process was very simple and quick. I have never had the service I received at any other dental office as I had here.

Dental assistant was not very experienced and it's noticeable. Dentist had to tell her every step which was frustrating considering my child was scared. They hardly talked to him at all and just went in his mouth and so of course he was scared about what they were doing. I like my previous dentist more but Willamette refuses to have me switch as I asked the front desk during my prior visit.

I have definitely referred this dental office to a bunch of people so definitely have a already given this dental office a 10 for good measure
