The whole Beaverton Team is amazing, from check-in to check-out. Dr. Alcazar and his assistant, Hailey, took time to answer all our questions and made the visit comfortable. This is our first experience with braces and the team was very knowledgeable and helped set my mind at ease.

I loved the person, who was working with me from the beginning of the consultation she spoke to me about all my questions and was so gentle with me and understanding 10/10 she was awesome.

Dental assistant was fantastic! Connected personally with us, gave excellent information, so kind and thorough. . . We've met Dr. Alcazar 3 times now, seems to do a good job, but not very personable, seems checked out/uninterested.

The ortho appt was fine, but it is way too difficult to get regular appts

Both of my teenagers see him and he's great, never lectures but is firm. Explains in depth about what needs to be done if they want the results. Staff is always eager to greet us and check us in, In a timely manner. Thank you to everyone

Dr. Alcazar has made this entire process a breeze. Can't say enough good about him and his team.

The assistants do not know how to communicate with adults and anyone that doesn't do their job. I find their demeanor and customer care incredibly poor, unwelcoming, demeaning and glib. My entire visit should have gone differently if they had asked some questions, taken a look at my mouth and done a simple test. Now I am going to be set back further and waste more money.

The receptionist was a bit snarky.

I wish there was more discussion about the cavities that had formed on my son's teeth. The dentist didn't ask how he was brushing his teeth and didn't offer to show him the correct way to brush. There was also no communication about the developing cavities from his orthodontist who he sees about every six weeks. Very disappointing.

Every dental assistant is always friendly and supportive of my needs, especially when it comes to my teeth sensitivity or discomfort. We generally really enjoy - yes, enjoy -our visits to the orthodontist, but this last visit was exceptionally good. We were late for our appt, the team was short staffed, and it was truly dreary outside and YET...they made time for us, they were friendly, they were professional and it was as pleasant an experience as always. The whole team connects with my daughter and makes sure she's comfortable. They make sure I know what's next and are happy repeat or demonstrate if I need it.
