Dr Alcazar and the Orthopedic team are amazing. I was extremely scared of the dentist when i started my braces treatment as an adult. They made me feel safe and at ease the entire time. I can say I'm no longer scared of going to a dentist office and love taking care of my teeth hygiene. I CAN FINALLY SMILE IN PHOTOS!! Thank you!

The doctor is extremely good. He's a very good dentist with my son, and I'm very grateful because he's very patient. He listens to him and is incredibly knowledgeable. He's very intelligent, and I really like how he treats my son. He's one of the best dentists I've ever met.

One of the main things that I do appreciate about Will Lambda Dental is the appointment time and getting, you know, folks, patients scheduled. I've never had an issue with getting an appointment. There are so many things that I do not care for when it comes to Will Lambeth Dental as being a patient for a very long time. The overall experience when we walk in the door, every time I leave the Beaverton office, I have a negative experience from someone at the front desk to, you know, the check-in to how they are speaking with me. A couple of times, you know, some of the dental, the hygienists or the people that are assisting the orthodontists, it has just been every time I come in, I'm really very, I'm very dissatisfied with this office in general. And I would not recommend it if my daughter was not receiving ortho care. I would not use this office.

Somehow, Willamette Dental manages to hire the kindest, most personable people at every touchpoint. It's really a breath of fresh air.

Dr. Alcazar is always very kind, takes time to chat with us, explains what he's doing, and also explains what's gonna happen at the next appointment as well. We really enjoy him and are happy with what is happening within my kids mouth.

I am beyond upset that BSD will no longer offer Willamette dental and ortho to their employees. It is VERY upsetting!!!!

Brought my daughter in for ortho appointment. Was told from assistant that we were supposed to bring in her retainer. At no point when they made the appointment did they inform us that. It would have been helpful. She claimed they told me daughter at her last appointment. But when you can't be seen for 4-6 months out, it might be easy to forget.

We are so happy with Dr. Alcazar and his team. He is an amazing orthodontist who truly cares about his patients. He has taken excellent care of my daughter's teeth, and the results have been wonderful. He is professional, gentle, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. We feel very lucky to have found him!

Dr. Alcazar doesn't really speak or interact, so it's hard to know if the treatment plan is on track.

The dental assistant is always wonderful as well as knowledge.

Dr. Alcazar does a great job. He took care of my son a few years ago, and now my daughter is in his hands. I'm kind of sad she is almost done with treatment as I enjoy talking soccer and food with him at each visit.

The nurse that help at that visit is the best. She always is very pleasant and attentive to us. I can not remember her name but hope she gets recognized.
